Worst subway I have ever been to! Tried going 3 different times to see if I would have a better experience but no! Don’t go here! Horrible customer service! Bad attitudes & horrible vibes from them. Today they had no ice and no AC and its 100 degrees out! I hope this place gets shut down! No wonder they have bad reviews! No surprise there.

Nothing big to mention here, staff has never been rude to me and I live about 3 blocks down the street so i come here often. They been kind to me for example One time I went early morning for a sub to eat while I wait for the bus. I ordered my sub the way i like it and proceded to check out to pay, I only had my credt card no cash, they ran my credit card through the machine and the machine busted, it was no longer able to read credit cards. I was starving obviously after they kept trying to fix it and failed to do so they asked me if i had cash and told them I did not. Then they simply just handed me the sub with my drink and said its okay dont worry about it and ended up walking away with a free subway meal. Yup they were very rude huh?

The rudest stuff I’ve ever come across and damn dirty! Much better subway a few blocks away, so do yourself a favour and head there. Was also told that we couldn’t dine in at 9pm, as they shut at 10pm. Pfft!

If I could give half a star I would. What kind of subway runs out of roast beef! Are you freaking kidding me. That suppose to be one of the top meats here. Let’s talk about the service. Can you say horrible. Sandwich makers seem like they hate they’re job looking all mad at everyone that comes in. You are in a job that requires you to smile and be courteous to the customer. I didn’t get any of that. Not to mention that they didn’t have any roasted beef. Or did I say that already. With that being said. This will be the last time I step foot in this place. I’m outs!

Walked in and stood at the counter. Two women behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge me. I stood there while they talked to each other in Spanish and continued to ignore me. Woman #1 proceeded to replace food in the makeline. Woman #2 went to the back to do whatever it was she was doing. All the while, still ignoring me. I finally said, «Excuse me. Will someone be taking my order?» And again, I was ignored. So I walked out.

There’s nothing special about this Subway, it’s the closest one to my house and sometimes I just want a «cheap but not typical fast food» meal. The people there do what they’re asked and it’s kept pretty clean. I haven’t been tried with any attitude whenever I go there so there’s no reason for me to give them a bad review.

My god, what an ordeal it was to get a 6″ veggie delight. First off, the«sandwich artist» that was appointed to my sub walked up so slowly as if she was walkign through molasses. I tell her what I wanted, and she prepares the bread and goes on without toasting it. I ask her to do so and she sort of does a quick sign as if I annoyed her. It goes into the oven and she walks into the back room, in plain sight and starts to text. That doesn’t bother me much, but it is indeed unprofessional. What happens next bothered me; she opens the toaster and grabs my sub with the same gloves on that she was texting with. I ask her to change her gloves, nicely, and she looks befuddled. She says, «I got gloves» and I point to the box of unused gloves and told her that it’s LAW to don a new pair of gloves, to do so before touching my sub. I am in no way a germaphobe, but I am very well-versed in standard precautions of infection control. She plays the«no habla» game with me, so I break out my broken Spanish and she reluctantly puts on a new pair of gloves. Alright, ready to go. Nope, she puts on a ton of salt when I asked for«pepper only. I gave up and paid and left. Why do I have such bad experiences. Gees.

What can I say about Subway that hasn’t already been said a million times. Go and get yourself a subway and enjoy. It’s healthy for you!
