NoHo Senior Arts Colony

I moved into NoHo SAC the beginning of July 2013. I absolutely love it here. The residents are welcoming and friendly. The staff is helpful and professional. The apartment is just what I was looking for. The common areas are beautiful; the complex is quiet and very well maintained. There are a multitude of activities offered. And the location is very convenient to my work, and shopping.

Not ready for prime time! I appreciate the attempt to create a senior arts colony, but the staff and management company continue to disappoint me. I was told that my apartment was ready for occupancy so I moved in and soon realized that most of the building’s amenities are not available yet including the swimming pool, the business /​computer center, & no wifi in common areas. All the tenants are still waiting for our promised microwaves, as well. For the last 4 days the elevator has been out of order.
I do enjoy living in senior community, but this property needs attention before I can encourage anyone else to move in.
