This is a really small location in a gas station place. I usually come to the drive thur. They have no play area. At the drive thur the people always for get the nakins, sauce or something of what u order. I recommend to come here only if you have time to waste.

I rarely go to McDonald’s but I really needed coffee and a quick yogurt for breakfast. So I ordered my large coffee and my parfait. The lady tells me if its okay that my parfait had NO lid and that it was covered with wrapping film. I was ok with it but it had not granola or spoon. So when I asked for it, the lady looked at me quite rudely and just walked away. The cashier saw this, intervened and got me the granola and spoon. This was just highly uncomfortable and would have complained but I was running late. Bad bad service

Like everyone else said… «This is worst McD’s EVER!!»… I’ve contacted corporate quite a few times now due to the lousy service at this location. Im standing at the counter and five ppl r behind it yet no one approaches me. In the middle of ordering the guy at the register literally left me talking to myself and walked away saying«I cant do it» another girl comes over and takes my order and I told her he was very rude so at least she scolded him in front of me. He didn’t have a name tag. I didn’t bother calling corporate realizing, I’m at McDonalds!!! What more do u expect!!! Half the crew here doesn’t even speak english. If u must stop by I advise the drive-thru, at least u wont have to deal with all the bums coming in and going over to your table asking for money. Last time I was in there 3 different bums walked in and approached me as I was eating, asking for DOLLARS not change. If you don’t want to pay for your drink jus walk in with an old cup and serve yourself as many times as u like. Believe me EVERYONE does it and they NEVER say anything. They deserve a big fat ZERO rating!

This is the WORST McDonald’s I have ever been to in my life! You go into order a simple breakfast. There’s already a buzz in the air of dissatisfied customers with looks on their faces like they don’t know what’s going on in this place. I order my basic breakfast, I ask for catsup and they said they were out of catsup! I said what? McDonald’s out of catsup??? Then they managed to squirt some catchup into a basic paper cup for me to carry out in the rain! — The ever-growing long line of people waiting for their order was ridiculous! The staff seems very unorganized & rattled. Finally my order was ready and they placed an order of half-baked, cold hash browns in the bag. I told the cashier that I was kind of hoping for fresh ones and he said«well, we can make you another one.» So I wait and wait while my sausage McMuffin is getting colder and colder while I wait. In the meantime the customer behind me orders a salad and ice cream for his son and that takes forever in a day and he was asking if they were cooking the salad since his order was taking forever! His son was waiting 20 minutes for his ice cream cone. Finally, my hashbrown was ready and everything else was cold! While I was walking out, another customer told me that this was the worst McDonald’s ever! What should have been a quick pit-stop turned into a 45 minute fiasco! Next time, go across the street to the 7 – 11!!!

Not a lot to say about this place, other than it is the worst McDonald’s location I’ve visited in California. I don’t care if you’re ordering iced water, you’re going to have to wait at least 10 minutes. There’s usually a ton of people behind the counter, looking busy but not accomplishing much. If you’re in the drive-Thru always check you’re order, they are bound to short you something. If you get coffee, check it, it’s bound to be half empty. Actually, just make your own coffee at home. Hopefully you have McCafe kcups. Basically you should take the extra 3 minutes and visit the location by the bridge in Burbank(near Burger King). Much faster with better service.

The girl taking my order was literally starring out into space as she incorrectly took my order. I got my receipt as she was talking to a coworker. You can’t make this up! 20 mins later I’m still waiting for my simple order. They’re not busy. The place is completely empty. I go to the counter to check what’s going on. They claim it was already called! I was sitting 12 feet away the entire time listening for my order to be called! I pick up my order finally. Missing a coffee! Got the missing coffee, got home. Aaaand missing a hash brown. 1⁄5 cuz I can’t give lower.

The wait time here in the drive through is horrible! 20 min waiting and only moved one car. They are clearly understaffed and even on weekdays on my way to work it takes a good 10 min when there are only 4 cars. They need to pay attention togetting more staff. No wonder their sales are going down.

This is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. It’s dirty, the wait time is ridiculous, their bathroom is filthy! I have told this to the manager and yet still looks the same. They need better management and a better team willing to fix this place up.

One employee never says ANYTHING to me while giving me my order. It’s awkward! Even after I said thanks have a nice day she just either ignored it or continues talking to another employee. I regularly purchase iced coffees & enjoy extra taste so I ask for(and pay for!) extra pumps of whatever flavor iced coffee I’m getting. Tell me why this location has on MANY occasions not given me the extra pump.

These workers fuck around and giggle in the kitchen, and take forever to get to the register. If it were any other McDonalds, they would be fired. Slow service, and they dont wear gloves when they cook. Gross!

The Ice cream machine is always out of order!!! It’s so annoying! It’s happen to me more than three times at this same location. And for some reason this is the only McDonalds I know that takes forever to have your food quick and ready!!! Isn’t this suppose to be a fast food place? As always leaving very disappointed

I almost forgot why I stopped coming to this location. Oh yeah! They take FOREVER to give you your order. It’s called Fast Food for a reason. The manager is the person I just can’t stand. He really doesn’t know how to manage this place. I had stopped coming here because they took 15 minutes to just get me ONE iced-coffee. I was on the drive thru that morning it was early too.(5:50am) The lady at the window asked me what I had ordered again after leaving me waiting at the window for like 10 min. This morning I was in the drive thru and they took a long time to get my order ready. They should not only have their(1 minute drive thru service from 12:00 — 1:00pm Mon-Fri) but have it everyday. Let’s not forget we have to remind them to give us straws, napkins and extra ketchup. Yet they expect to get paid $ 15 an hour! SMH Well this is a lesson learned. Next time I’ll just pay a few dollars more and go get a nice breakfast or dinner at a sit down restaurant.

I went to this McDonald’s for the first time on Sunday 2÷1÷15. I’m a consistent customer at different McDonald’s and this location was the WORSE! As soon as I walked in there a a large puddle(yes puddle) of coffee spilled on the floor. I thought perhaps the staff didn’t know of the spill so when I went to order I informed the manager of the spill. The guy have me the stupidest look and just said OK. Once I ordered and went to grab a seat, I took the only table that wasn’t filthy. As I waited for my food the cleaning staff finally came and SHEONLYCLEANEDUPTHECOFFEESPILL! The tables were obviously filthy and she didn’t clean them! The food at least was hot but I couldn’t eat any faster… I just wanted to get out of there.

We got breakfast here this morning. It is a standard McDonald’s — although the management this particular hour was very sparse with both sugar and cream for my coffee, and with katsup and salt for my potato cakes(I had to keep asking them for more because they were skimpy). Also — the 1st window for payment took a brutally long time to count the change because I gave them a hundred. It was as if they had never seen it — and they counted and recounted the bills in a way that made me think they were totally math-illiterate. Then — at the food window we had to wait and wait for the coffee to be done right. I ordered a large with 5 Equals and they gave me a small with 5 equals which was unbearably sweet. As they repoured it(which took 3 mins at least — absurd), the cars behind us in the drive-though were lining up and pressing on my rear fender trying to get me to move. But I still give this place 3 stars because the order tasted good — and it is located at a great spot.

So sick not only of this Mc Donald’s, also quite a few others I have visited in the past in the LA area. 3 or 4 times a month I allow myself to eat some unhealthy food and who is not better than Mc Donald’s. I do enjoy those moments because they are rare. Of course, depending on my mood and location, I also go to other burger places. But ! Mac Donald’s truly beats all of them with their disgusting greed and total lack of understanding customer service. Mc Donald’s meanwhile is the only burger place where they are stingy with napkins, which is meanwhile so thin you can almost see your hand trough it(and with this you are suppose to wipe your mouth and hands, because, eating a burger is «no» mess at all), Now I am talking about mostly my experience at the drive through, but it goes on inside the stores, too. At Mc Donald’s now, they won’t give you ketchup unless you ask them. You might be very lucky to get more than 2 or 3 packages and if you ask for more, they actually hesitate and you might end up with 1 or 2 more. Now, the biggest assault to them is! When you have the nerve to ask for MUSTARD !!! Mc Donald’s is the ONLY burger place where you get the following responses when asking for MUSTARD: 1. No, we don’t have mustard. 2. total confusion, asking the manager, then getting a small cup with 1 or 2 dots of mustard in it, which is impossible to actually get it onto your burger, except if you try to get it with one of your fingers and shmear it on your burger. 3.- Day 1, the guy at the drive through window needs to ask the manager, then comes back with a tiny amount of mustard in a big mac box.(That’ll make it easier to get 2 fingers in it in order to grab that mustard and put it on your burger) Day 2, same place. That young kid, told me, no they don’t have mustard, after making it clear to him that the day before HE actually gave me some, even though with a pissed off face, he «consulted» the manager and came back to tell me, the mustard will cost 20 cents. LOL I asked him if there was something wrong with him, but no respond. so I gave him the f… g 20 cents and when he reluctantly passed me my couple of drops of mustard, LOL made him give me a receipt for it! I am sorry, but what an ass. 4,. Today ! I order a burger and fries at the drive through and since I don’t like soda I asked for a cup of water. They handed me a small cup of water with NO lid! I asked the person at the window, why there is no lid. Her respond was: Since the water is free they don’t give lids. Great. now I had to manage to drive while holding this cup full off water until I found a place to park and eat. And of course spilled half the water in my car. Dear Mc Donald’s, yes all big corporations like to make lots of money. But, you call yourself a RESTAURANT, actually a Burger restaurant. EVERY other burger place, no matter if it is a large chain or some small independent place are more than happy to give the customers decent amount of napkins, and yes they ALL have mustard!!! and all of them put a lid on a cup when the drink is to go. You have no perception of basic customer service due to your disgusting greed. Today’s experience FINALLY made me realize to avoid you like the pest and I hope many other will do as soon as they pay a bit more attention how customers are treated at your excuse of a burger place compared to the real thing out there.

I’m not sure why these places can’t hire English speaking, competent staff. Every time the same thing. I order 2 cheeseburger meal no meat, with lettuce and tomato. Every time it comes out with meat on it. I send it back and it comes out with no meat but no cheese, but wrapped in the yellow cheeseburger wrapping. If you hiredproperly trained, literate and English speaking legal Americans that had a sense of pride, regardless the job title, this simple task of reading an order ticket may be possible in the future. GETITTOGETHER. I personally know it’s not hard. I was a kitchen manager when I was 16 at a mc Donald’s.

This place sucks. Only one worker gives good service and the rest are always busy talking and babbling on to each other. The only reason why I give 3 instead of 2 is because of wifi of course. Not that I need it but it is still nice to have
