Great customer service! Katherine was very helpful and attentive to our needs when choosing bridesmaid dresses. There was a wide selection to choose from from the various catalogs.

I went here to get 10 dresses for girls that were in my daughters quinceanera. I decided to go here because a few months before I ordered a dress for my daughter when she was in her friend’s quinceanera. There was only 5 dresses ordered for hers. No big issues but we did have to put on all the straps ourselves for the dresses.
At the first visit everything was great. It was a couple months before the party. We were able to find a cute dress that fit everybody’s shape in 5 different colors. She took measurements on 7 of the girls that were there. 3 other girls went later that week. And again she took measurements of them as well.
Now let me explain the whole list of problems that occurred. 8 out of the 10 dresses were completely the wrong size! Some were as much as 5 inches too small! I had to make several trips back to the shop to exchange & reexchange dresses! 1 dress that was actually 2 inches too big, which was for my younger daughter, I asked to just put the straps on and when I went to pick it up it was so small, by 5 inches! She had given my daughters dress to another customer. This was now about 2 weeks from the party. It was then that I asked for a discount on the last dress that was also needed to be let out. I explained that I would be taking it somewhere else to fix because I no longer trusted her. She became very loud and disrespectful. She had 3 dresses in her possession at that time. I paid, full price and took them to be fixed elsewhere. She had plenty of excuses as to why I had to make more than 10 visits there to correct the many problems. I just can’t understand how so many dresses did not fit if she took measurements?!
One 3 of the occasions there, there were other customers there truing to correct size issues. One was a guy, on the night before prom with a suit jacket 2 sizes 2 small.
Too many issues, bad service all the way around! Worth –5 stars!!!
