Jack In The Box

The food is always good at 3am… service is always on point… and its alot of food for cheap! Nothing more to say… besides a quick breakfast all day if you even wanted that for an option. Lastly, they have whipped cream milkshakes topped with a cherry… yep…solid 5 stars.

I’ve eaten here three times over the past few months, so was surprised to see this location has such a poor rating. I’ve eaten in all three times and, except for slightly slow service, have had no problems. The food has always come out hot, the employees have been friendly each time, and (despite a messy table or two) there have been plenty of clean tables available. As far as a fast food experience, I don’t see anything glaringly wrong and only took off a star because, while good overall, there is some room for improvement.

This jack in the box location has horrible service We ordered a jumbo jack with cheese and got a spicy chicken with cheese? how does that even make sense those are two completely different sandwiches ! this is not the first time things like this have happened it happens all the time !!

Food is good, but not great.
The service is great.
Workers are always happy.

The reason I am writing this review is not for the fact that The manger in duty that night taking the orders, was truly rude, and had a nasty attitude, or while I was telling him my order i can sense that he wast being patients, and had a very miserable tone.
And it wasn’t that when I came to the window he almost gave me the wrong order, took over 10 min to give me my order, or because he failed to give me a receipt. (Count your change, they sometimes don’t give you the right change)
However I left because I was hungry and tired, and just wanted to go home. When I got home I began eating my Buttter Bun ChesseBurger, and half way I got a HAIR IN MY MOUTH, IT WAS A LONG ONE! I couldn’t continue eating, and just disposed of it!
This happened Feb 5, 2015 aprox. 10:15pm .
Think twice before you go to their drive thru at night!

My roommates and I go to this place quite often. The staff is always super friendly, say hi and even remember our names. We have never revived the incorrect order and they are not stingy with the sauces.
As fast food goes, they are great. The seem to care about making a good impression and about doing a good job.

I hate to review fast food. But this place is note worthy. Early sunday I hit the drive though with my nephew. I was in a hurry but he was going nuts. Ok no line. great! I placed his order for egg rolls, curley fries and a milk shake.(trying to make aunt elite) My order, large coffee 5 cream 8 sugar inside and a order of croissant doughnuts. I get to the window and he tells me they don’t put the stuff inside the coffee. Maybe mcdonalds has spoiled me but it just seems safer. Not because I drive and flavor my coffee but because a cupholder isn’t the most stable place to fumble with hot coffee! He also tells me that there isn’t any cinnamon or sugar for my doughnuts. That they didn’t realize they had to use that sugar for churros, cheesecake bites and doughnuts. Poor management. It’s simple math. How about this… manager, go buy sugar and cinnamon so your store numbers don’t drop and customers are happy. To top it all off when I looked in the bag there were only 3 sugars, 1 cream, no stir stick and not a single napkin. Jumbo jackoff

This restaurant is very small there service is very slow a d it also seems like they undertook some of there food. All in all I would bot recommend this place

An assorted gang of scary-​looking, mentally insane lowlifes hang out inside and lurk outside in the parking lot (the dining room is open ²⁴⁄₇), so I always order my food to go. The counter employees are always polite, even when they have to deal with some insane clown with armpits that reek like a backed-​up sewer.
One drunk girl was screaming into her cell phone, «calling Jack» on the toll-​free customer-​service number she saw on a wall poster, and she was yelling insults about all the Mexicans who worked there. This is just standard fare. Stay in school, boys and girls. Or you could end up stuck like me, living in this barrio (around the corner from this Jack in the Box) with no way out. Welcome to the Hotel California, where you can check out any time you like, but you can never leave…

Horribe service. It took forever to take my order and the lady that was taking my order was very rude and unprofessional. When i got home there was food missing from my order. When i called them to let them know that my order was incomplete they hung up on me. I will make sure not to go to this location anymore…

Pros: They’re open 24 hours, even in the dining room. Their employees are polite, for the most part. And every once in a while an attractive girl or two can be seen hanging out there at the same time as when I arrive and order. One star for each «pro.»
Cons: The burgers are kind of expensive. Mainstream prices for fast food, but not much of a value menu. Also, a bunch of shady people hang out there, especially at night. The night-​time cashiers try extra hard to be courteous, which comes off as nosy to me. One of them pretended he was intrigued by the design on my credit card. It’s just a credit card.

Asked for 6 mozzarella sticks and got 3… Went in to get the three I ordered and basically the manager said it was my fault the girl only rang me up for three… I was pissed… Ill go to another jack n the box tha gives good customer service…

I always love jack in the box. Too bad they don’t have it in SWVA where I’m at right now. I always go for the egg rolls.

Not only did it take 20 minutes to get my Chicken Salad made, but the crowd inside made me extremely uncomfortable. The chicken ended up being cold and the salad dressing was luke-​warm. Don’t ever attend this place

Fast food does not qualify in my book as 5 stars. Jack is Jack. You get fast greasy food. Would only recommend this as last resort.

five stars for the food this is a excellent alcohol absorbing food place. gotta love the dollar chicken sandwich. long drive thru lines during fri nights when other drunks are hungry
