I’ve been ordering from them for years now and they have always been great. I’ve ordered from them for myself and for large parties and they always got the order perfect and never forgot anything.

Double charged my credit card… Not going back to this place again. Pizza was good and fast delivery but come on… Maybe if my order was 10 dollars I wouldn’t make a fuss about it but it was a lot and now I have to call my credit card company to have them fix THEIR stupid mistake

Horrible place always forget the items. Rude employees who don’t even speak english. They dont compensate for previous bad orders. The delivry driver literally asks for a tip. They neve rhave enough change. So I’m never ordering from hwre again

Worst pizza place. I called over and over again but it seems they are so busy not to answer. The website wasn’t working at all. And when I finally got to someone they hung up !! I called back and was put on hold for 5 mins.

HOLYHELL. I’ve really tried to have faith in a place that’s supposed to be «quick» and«efficient». Quick delivery, delicious food and a friendly smile should be the motto of all dominos and customer service based jobs. But as I said before. HOLYHELL. This place is either late, rude or downright obnoxious from the drivers to the in-store help. IFYOUHAVE A CHANCETOUSEANOTHERDOMINOS I HIGHLYRECOMMENDIT! I wish I could possibly give this place negative stars. Negative everything. Have fun with your one star.

They forgot to deliver my marinara sauce that I ordered with my cheesy bread :(also ordered a pizza and marbled cookie thingy. I called the store and told them they forgot it. The guy I spoke with told me he could give me a free cup of marinara sauce… on my NEXT order. Wut. I told him that doesn’t really help me right now with my dry as all heck cheesy bread. And he very rudely told me that he supposed if I REALLY wanted it it would take 30 minutes for a driver to come back with the sauce. «Do you really want it that bad?!» Well I’m not gonna make a poor driver come all the damn way back. So I said no. But he was really rude to me as if I was bothering him by not having my sauce I paid 50 stupid cents for. Thanks dude. I always like an annoying phone convo before eating pizza and my damn delicious yet DRY cheesy bread. Stop forgetting sauces! This happens every other time.

DONOTORDERPIZZAFROMHERE, they charge YOU $ 1.00 for condiments(parmessan cheese & crushed red pepper) when other local competitors such as: pizza hut, papa johns, or any pizza stores give out for free to all customers. employees here are not trained correctly, customer service here is horrible, they’ve screwed up my order 3 times within the past few times ive ordered from here! even if you repeat the order over the phone to that employee, order gets made wrong either way! you have to wait 35⁄40 mins. for your order & they still make the pizza wrong with the wrong ingredients i didn’t order! im done with this place! even the managers here are stupid, and dont even know how to handle a screw up such as a delivered wrong pizza order, im just done with it, its too much! 3 times messing up my orders, is already too many opportunities i gave this domino’s location! so, please be smart & read everyone else’s reviews besides mine if you wish to give these untrained, unprofessional employees here a chance! even the owner of this establishment started charging people $ 1.00 per condiment(parmesan cheese& crushed red pepper) that pizza hut, papa johns give out for free!!! sorry but this owner is going to loose clientele & alot of money the way he is running this business!

This is what we got today. All the toppings off to the side of the pizza as if it fell over. It’s like that commercial for frozen pizza where the pizza delivery driver has his music turned up and the pizzas out for delivery are all jacked up cause they’ve been bounced around. Or perhaps they just don’t care. Oh and it was late.)-: Update: manager made good by delivering a quality pizza afterwards. Every customer experience should be a priority.

Since my last experience the manager of the location, Jose had reached out to me. He was really understanding of the situation and actually appreciated this feedback. I understand that my experience was with one manager on duty and not the store as a whole. It is good to know though that the manager actually does care about customer service.

I would give no stars if I could! This is the worst place in the world! They messed up our order and took over 3 hours and they messed up our order! First we called after an hour of not getting the food. They claim they came and called and that we didn’t answer but we never got a call from them! They told us it would be 15 minutes and again no one showed up! So we called again! And they told us it would be 35 minutes! And we asked for bacon on our pizza and never got bacon on it!!! I do not recommend going to these morons!

I stopped ordering from here two years ago(both pick up and delivery) because the pizza was terrible, like cardboard. I saw a commercial on TV tonight about how Domino’s has improved so I gave them a try with a delivery order. Five stars for taste, speed of delivery, and ease of ordering(I downloaded their app). It’s a very easy app and you can track your order — how awesome is that?! They have coupons on their app, too! I got a large, 3-topping pizza and it was delicious! I’ll definitely be back! Good going, Domino’s!

We order from this same location all the time and had never had a problem until tonight. We ordered online like we always do and it estimated that it would be delivered in 25 to 30 minutes(as usual). when checking on the online tracker about 30 minutes after putting in the order it said that the pizza was done and going through quality check… Our pizzas didn’t get here for at least another 45 minutes… The driver comes up first with the wrong order. I tell him that we didn’t order soda and he try’s to tell me that I’m wrong and hands me one small pizza. Complete wrong order. He goes back to the car to get my order and has the two pizzas I ordered but is missing my breadsticks but gives me a lava cake instead(which was probably someone else’s order). And everything was completely cold.

Dominos Worst Store. If you want to be placed on hold after you’ve completed your phone order, then have the manager in charge for some unknown reason have to ask you repeat your order again… then be be told to «Fck U» by the mgr… when you tell the manager to cancel the order after being told delivery will take an HOUR… definitely call these disorganized losers!

I wish this wasn’t the only place that delivers to my house… Horrible service! Not only are they slow but it’s not worth 1 hour to wait for one pizza(45 minute wait) Deciding to drive to another BETTER Dominos… *Call ahead to ask if gates open(obviously it is but the girl never checked)

i ordered two pizzas and they were both very delicious! The crust was soft and had the perfect amount of garlic on the edges. I was very impressed with the taste and freshness of the ingredients. Will def order again. The delivery gut was so nice and prompt.
