The best!!! I needed to replace my old and worn out 115 volt thru-the-wall air conditioner, so i shopped everywhere! Sears, Best Buy, Lowes and Home Depot all had high prices and very long wait times for installation — 1 to 2 weeks! Well, i’m a senior and it’s been over 100° so 1 to 2 weeks was really unacceptable for me. So i searched everywhere for some place local and found A&A Feder’s. They had a terrific 12,000BTULG unit at a really reasonable price and the really fine and knowledgeable installer was able to install the new unit the next morning(Bob, the manager, promised by the end of the week, and the installer was able to come in next day). What a wonderful mom’n’pop operation. It’s soo hard to find a great, old-fashioned(in a good way!), local, privately owned, independent business. I will use them again for all of my appliance needs, and will adamantly recommend A & A Feders to my friends and anyone who asks where to buy appliances!

I’ve been buying appliances from Feder’s for about 10 years. I own apartment buildings and need to replace appliances or I do renovation and have always bought from Feder’s but will no longer will do so. Contractors & apartment owners beware. If you are doing construction and have appliances delivered, be sure that you open and inspect the appliances before they leave the premises. We had a refrigerator delivered and kept it in the packing until the refrig was ready to install. When he removed the packing there was a bad dent in the casting of the refrig. It had been hidden under the packing so not visible. Feder’s, their warranty company, Angel’s nor Fridgdaire would stand behind their product. No one took responsibility. So here’s your warning– inspect your appliance before the delivery leaves or you could get burned. I liked the people and convenience of using Feder’s but I can’t work with companies who are not professional about their products.

WARNINGWARNING … CUIDADOCUIDADO !!! EPICFAIL !!! Mind you — I’m not asking ridiculous questions, looking for answers to quantum physics or rocket science here. I’m just trying to buy some wall unit A/C’s! After holding forever, and briefly speaking with a few of the sub-humans working at this company … I felt like stabbing myself with a dull butter knife multiple times and biting a chicken’s head off. HORRIBLE. Do you like calling a place to do business with them and you are made to feel like an asshole, a bother, and a nuisance to them? Do you like rude, impatient sales people who can’t nicely give you quotes for what you are looking for? Do you like to have a «bookkeeper» girl(with the disposition of a bloated troll) to angrily tell you that the sales staff is unavailable(and not even offer to have someone call you back?) Do you like to hold for 40 minutes and get disconnected? Do you like to have someone refuse to put the owner or supervisor on the phone with you? If you LIKE dealing with these types of things and people, then by ALLMEANS … THIS is the company for you !!! WOW. What a MISERABLE and unprofessional bunch of people! Tip: If you are THAT miserable at your job — find another one! I HONESTLY do not know how this place stays in business. EPICFAIL on ALL fronts. Just trying to buy an A/C … but buying it somewhere else after this. I would urge you to do the same. I can’t IMAGINE what they would be like if you had to get them to service a product.

Great appliance store that caters more to apartment owners. They took back a stove a month after I purchased it and replaced it with another brand because the first one wasn’t working. They have good prices without haggling. Delivery and installation is very well organized.

I bought an oven and over-the-range microwave from A.A. Feder’s. Great price! Delivery and installation was fabulous as well. I would recommend giving them a try over the«big box» retailers.
