Rude and then when I approach the manager (Irene) she had no interest to get into discussion about what my concern was.
The real funny thing is that percent of the negative comments on Unilocal about this location all come from the actions and attitude from manager herself… Don’t you think that ownership should do something about this terror.
She walked away twice and then I decided to take it to corporate and shut down all communication till then and when I didn’t respond to her when she asked me if I wanted jelly she yelled out oh my god now you don’t speak English in the middle of the restaurant in front of me and my 2 ½ girl daughter. Embarrassing us in front of everybody and then continuing to complain as we walked away to enjoy our food.
I don’t normally go to McDonald’s for my daughter she likes to play I need her pancakes and eggs we will never visit this location again as it is unprofessional rude disrespectful environment to their customers.
I wish I could give them zero stars for this location complete fail for a family.

Horrible attitude this is the reason why I never come to McDonald’s especially this one

Attempted to give this McDonald’s a try cause it’s close by work. First impression of the drive thru cashier was anything but friendly. Monotone, and with a rushing persistence, my order was taken. I was then told that they don’t carry honey (which I get every time I order mcd’s breakfast, so I opted for syrup instead (all at the speaker still as I know McDonald’s charges extra for condiments) pulled forward and after paying my order was shoved toward the window in the natural attempt to ‘shoo’ me away. I properly checked my order and not only did I not receive honey or syrup, the manager then requested to look in my bag to ‘check’ for herself. Safe to say that I’ll enjoy watching McDonalds tank along with their subpar food and remarkably horrible customer service.
One star cause I couldn’t pick 0, already regretting my order.

This McDonald’s charges whatever they want. I guess they don’t follow franchise rules. Prices totally different than the Many McDonald’s I frequently visit. No wonder their was no one their. All McDonald’s are always busy «not» this one! Will be closing soon I’m sure… because I’m never returning…

This mc Donalds has super bad service they have nothing bud bad attitude even the manager has horrible service. I do like the manager special though haha

I came here for a soft serve cone. My experience was a positive one. I got what I wanted and the service was fast.

First of all employees don’t pay much attention to u they give u attitude they charge u a bunch for extra hot sauces Wtf that’s a rip off. Go to any other McDonald’s but that one !!!

Disappointed! I was in line for breakfast and I hear the cashier shout to an elderly woman «I TOLD YOU I CANNOT ACCEPT $ 100 BILLS.» Then she shouted «Cancel the order, she doesn’t have money.» Have a little decency and at least be courteous to customers. I have received bad service before at this restaurant but shouting to an elderly lady is just out of norm. The lady who shouted at the customer was about 5’3 inches, Hispanic, there were two so the one without blond hair on the center register. When I got my food I asked for napkins and ketchup and this woman just threw it in the counter. VERY RUDE!!!

Las veces q e venido las cajeras y la en cargada son muy groseras la manager siempre esta enojada le pedí unos cubiertos y tarde 15 min parada y no m hacia caso y cuando se los volví a pedir me los haber to y le dije q por q m los alentaba y me dijo q estaba muy ocupada y se puso a reírse con otra muchacha y a otro señor le hizo lo mismo siempre se les olvida poner algo en la orden venimos hoy a desayunar y le pregunte sobre los mini buns q están regalando y m dijo q sólo están dando muestras y m dan a probar sólo si los compro me cobran tres dollares le dije q había visto en la televisión q eran gratis y me contesto la cajera q ya no por según ella la gente se estaba llevando de tres cajas y q por unos perdían todos, yo estoy consumiendo y no entiendo porque no los cobran me cae mal venir aquí se siente dueña del restaurant y es muy maleducada vengo por m queda cercas pero no la hago muy seguido

Horrible, Bad customer service. The manager Irene should go to classes to learn more about management, i read in her tag shift manager and i asked her that i want to talk with the general manager, and she answered me that she is the general manager and she is everything in that Mcdonald’s.How you are everything in there and you can’t solve my problem. Never come back to that location again

By far the worse McDonald’s ever
Employees are so rude. With that attitude no wonder they work at McDonald’s. The way treat people I don’t ever see them ever doing better than flipping burgers.

worst mcdonalds ever!!! allll the team that works here are extremely rude!!! they never greet you the way we as customers deserve to be greeted… they charge for everything i mean everything! they made me get off the car because they only take one coupon per car and had to walk in the store to use the second one, which defeats the whole purpose of the drive thru!!! dont go here unless you want to get pissed off and get your order wrong !!! never coming here again

They didn’t give water to any of the customers. The manager was rude and giving the employees attitude the whole time in front of the customers. Whenever an employee tried to give someone a water cup the manager snapped harshly. The bathrooms where disgusting. The tables were filthy.

If I could give 0 stars I would, this is by far the worst McDonald’s restaurant in the valley. The customer service is extremely slow, the employee’s are rude, and they gave me 1 napkin… 1 fucking napkin! That’s barely enough to wipe my ass with. DO NOT EAT HERE!

They sucked! Gave my mother attitude when she asked for condiments and they made us pay for condiments as well. Something other McDonald’s do not do.

Literally the worst service ever, so bad I had to complaint to the cooperate. The employees are mostly woman that doesn’t know English. Approaches to you in Spanish, rude, mad dog, and bad. One time I ordered a mini meal chicken nuggets and this bitch gave me McChicken and BBQ sauce and I told her this isn’t what I ordered and she said I did and I asked her why is there BBQ sauce. She rolled her eyes at me and brought the manager. The manager looks like a former chola. Looking mad and just fucking rude. They gave me my nuggets. Later I asked the same lady for Mexican Salsa for my snack wrap. She told me they only serve it in the mornings. It’s bullshit, I asked another employee, she said a its 25 cents for 4 and I only wanted 2 and bitch only gave me 1. She also pointed her finger at me like If I’m a dog. She took forever and I told her horrible service this place is trash I mean everything is literally garbage. No one speaks English, they lie, they are RUDE. Never coming here again.

The ghetto, and slow as hell… yuck

This location is usually very crowded with kids running around. The drive thru is very fast tho so id def use that instead. Staff is pretty nice. As for the food cmon its McDonalds it tastes the same pretty much wherever u go.

McDonalds has been testing a lot of new variations to the old school 2 apple pies for a dollar.
Here in SoCal, we were lucky enough to taste Cherry Pies last summer, this spring they gave us an amazing peach, but none of those compare to their latest offering — McDonalds Strawberry Pie!
The flavor is PERFECT! sweet hot strawberry filling baked to a crisp! and they’re 2 for a buck! how can you go wrong?
I wonder how it would taste if you poured the strawberry filling on top of a Jack in The Box mini funnel cake?

I’ve previously said I don’t like this restaurant chain but I will review it. Its in a part of the city in which the majority are hispanics so it gets crowded, lots of kids in the play area. Not the cleanest place but the young lady that took my order was pleasant so it wasn’t to bad. Its nothing special.

The fastest, most efficient drive thru Ive ever been to. They can have a line of 6 cars and I will have my coffee in hand within 5 minutes.
Lifesavers when I’m already running late for work!
