Diana Sukhanov All-In-One Architectural Design

Do you need to apply for a Building Permit and/​or architectural services in Sacramento or surrounding cities? Hire DIANA SUKHANOV (aka Diana Sukhanova — PHOTO INCLUDED) and expect all or some of the following:
1) FRAUD. She will say that you need to pay fees to the County and she can pay them for you. Then, she will present you with forged receipts. You read that right: forged receipts. You will reimburse her for thousands of dollars. Later, you will realize that she never paid these fees — they were not needed. And you cannot get a hold of her.
2) APPALLING WORK PRODUCT. Before you find out that you have been duped about the fees, you will first wonder why the Building Department keeps on returning her work and weeks and weeks — months go by – without any progress. It turns out that — not being a trained architect as she advertises — her drafts have as much holes as Swiss Cheese, and the Building Department is as frustrated as you to be receiving crap to review.
3) APPALLING COMMUNICATION. Diana likes to disappear from the face of the earth for weeks or months at a time. You will panic because you can’t get a hold of her and you’ve already spent thousands of dollars on your project. She won’t resurface until you threaten to fire her, or complain to the licensed contractor who recommended her to you. She will email you back saying she had gotten very sick and nearly died/​was overseas/​lost her phone. Then you will double-​check and find out that she had been galavanting across town during the critical weeks but just didn’t feel like talking to you.
4) LEGAL ACTION. All of the above happened to me and I blame myself for not checking up on this woman. I took the word of a licensed contractor who referred her to me. I have filed a Complaint against her with the Sacramento District Attorney’s office and she never denied the fraud allegations. Subsequently, in researching her past shenanigans I learned that there had been AT LEAST TWO OTHER HOMEOWNERS IN THE AREA WHO EXPERIENCED THE EXACT SAME FRAUD WITH THE FEES, AND THE GENERAL APPALLING SERVICE. They, too, have had to spend lots of money and time to try to get their money back from this delightful «architect.» (Don’t waste time reporting her to the California Architectural Board who say they can’t do anything even though she falsely advertises herself as an architect, taking away business from legitimate people.)
Yes, hire Diana Sukhanov — and prepare to file a complaint with the District Attorney’s office, or suffer sleepless nights when she goes on one of her «disappearances» and your project has been delayed for months!
