Carl’s Jr.

Food is good but the customer service needs some help. Ordered the American burger which has a hot dog and chips on it. Ordered that with lettuce and onion only. Meaning no tomato, pickles, cheese, and sauce. Well the cashier took that as only wanted a patty, lettuce, onion, and bun. He came over and argued with us and we argued back because we didn’t know that someone could be that stupid. Why would we order the American burger but not want what makes it «American» I.e. The hot dog and chips. That would have just been a regular burger. Needless to say the cashier was rude and instead of just saying something like «oh I misunderstood what you said, let me fix that for you» he argued with us instead causing my father to walk out since this was his burger. I asked for a refund for his order. They remade the burger instead and we said specifically «no tomato, no pickles, no cheese, and no sauce». My father always orders his burgers like this and never once has he had this happen to him. Not blaming Carl’s jr for this person that works for them and not blaming that he misunderstood but the way he approached us about it and argued with us was disrespectful and poor customer service.
He also charged me $ 1 to use my debit card but neglected to tell me that. Didn’t notice until I looked at my receipt later.

ABOVE AVERAGE BUT NOT GREAT
I’ve eaten here numerous times. You know how every now and then you get a weird tasting burger or fries or whatever? I get that here once in a while. The chicken seems to be a little inconsistent, and some stuff can be greasy at times.
It’s hard to write a lot of food tips for Carl’s Jr., but as far as fast food goes, this store seems to be doing it right most of the time.

I don’t live far and I love their turkey burgers, usually they make them and they’re decent. But if you order chilli fries just know u get more fries then chilli, and I don’t know if they started toasting the bread but it seemed like it was old bread. Not moldy but it was falling apart. Anyway, they work hard, I know they are always busy but I’m not sure if I’ll eat there again. I’ve never had a problem with they’re customer service everyone is super nice there.
