Product knowledge, customer service and just all around great resource for surf, skate, sup, snow boards and accessories. Steve and Brian take the time with you to help you make the best choice for you and your experience level. I recently bought a board and had an accident with it which needed repair and they helped hook me up with the«ding doctor» and it was good as new! Highly recommend checking Pioneers out — you will be in great hands!!!

I do my surf shopping exclusively at Pioneer’s. Brian is always ready to answer my questions about wetsuits and boards. My wife always finds a friendly helpful ear when looking for Christmas and birthday gifts for me. The good… Brian and Steve know their stuff. They can really help figuring out what you need if you don’t know, both in surfing and snowboarding. Customer service is spot on, and service after the sale is great. I took a new snowboard through the trees and delaminated the nose. Brian fixed it up at no charge. The bad… the prices are retail, but they will sometimes cut a deal on a package. The location is not convenient to the beach if you need to stop in for a bar of wax. The selection can be limited. I bought a new custom Lost surfboard this summer, and when I picked it up, they didn’t have a boardbag to fit, so they missed an up-sale.

Steve is the surf guru and writes a daily surf report. Friendly staff that know boards, suits and gear. Very helpful and not too cool for school, there is no cool club here, all are welcome even old nerds like me. Surfboards new and used, skateboards, parts, gear, wetsuits, shoes, and garb. Support the local shops, no website can fit the boards to your skill and ride style.
