Dynamic Air Heating and Cooling

My AC unit died last night. Called Dynamic Air in the morning and they were here within 2 hours. John diagnosed and fixed the problem right away. He charged me a very resonable rate. He very polite and courteous. I have recommended him to all my friends.

My ductless air conditioner began leaking so my husband called because we had a coupon that was sent to us. They were not able to get to us that day but said they would call the following day after 12 pm and let h know when to expect them, no call. My husband calls the following day and they were busy but insisted they would be there later that day but couldn’t tell him what time. My husband said listen tomorrow is already Friday so come then but the tech insisted they would be there that day. Nothing.
Ok so it’s now in the high 80’s and Mother’s Day weekend with no AC for my main living area. I now have thrown away the coupon and still haven’t heard a word from this company whom will never get a call from me nor will be recommended. Customer service and reliability are non existent with Dynamic air.
