Rose Nail Salon

Went here today for gel mani & pedi. Tina was very friendly and professional. I felt welcome from the moment I walked in the door. Very clean and efficient. Absolutely loved the pedicure. My feet haven’t been this soft in a long time even though I’ve had plenty of professional pedis. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Nails — horrible. The men that work there are extremely rude and made me feel uncomfortable. I asked to please make sure that my nails were all the same length, as the last time I went there they were all crooked (he could see that they were) He gave me a dirty look, talked to his coworkers in another language, and when I left they were still all different lengths. I will never go back for nails.
Pedicure — I have never had a bad one. The women that do the pedicures are extremely nice.

This is regarding pedicures only. This is my third and last pedi with Rose Nails. My pedicure took exactly 15 minutes. The woman who did my pedi apparently didn t like that the glitter polish (that THEY supplied last time) wouldn t come right off with the remover, so instead of soaking them or trying harder, she decided to FILE IT OFF which cut my skin and stung. She cut my toenails with clippers and did not file them down or use cuticle cream or VitE. She massaged my skin so hard she left bruises. My guess is that she was rushing to get to her next customer. My feet are in pain and I was SO relieved when the torture finally ended.
Fills are ok, but unless you like lots of pain and being rushed through what is supposed to be an otherwise relaxing process, DO NOT get a pedi here!

When I first started going here, they were great! The staff took their time and did a really great job whenever I got my nails or eyebrows done. However, the quality of service significantly decreases over time. The last time was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. The lady who did my eye brows did in less than 5 minutes and ripped my skin. It hurt SO BAD, and I’ve gotten my eye brows done countless times. My eyes were watering and the lady was still putting wax on and ripping as I was trying to wipe my eyes. WHen she was done, my brows looked horrible so someone else had to fix them for me. I will never be going back. Do yourself a favor and find another salon.

Went there for the first time today with my daughter, we both had a really good pedicure. They went the extra mile with the hot steaming towels wrapped around your legs while they apply your toe polish. About an hour and a half later I realized I ruined one of my toes so I was around there and went back, they fixed it at no added cost. We will absolutely go back again. They have 8 pedicure chairs, it is very clean and decorated nicely. Nothing bad at all to say about Rose Nail. Go, get yourself a relaxing pedicure. You will not be sorry.
