If you like waiting for long periods of time, then the XFINITY store is for you! If you like unorganized processes, then the XFINITY store is for you! If you like complaining about crappy Internet with other customers, then the XFINITY store is for you! I can’t blame the people that work here for the crappy service. I am sure that they get a lot of crap from pissed off customers. It’s not their fault they are understaffed, that Comcast delivers awful services, etc. I actually give these people 4 to 5 stars for their customer service; that’s the only saving grace for Comcast. I would switch if I had other options, but Comcast has a monopoly on my neighborhood.
