Customer Service is the worst of ever experienced in a box store. Bunch of idiots. Wouldn’t come back here if this weren’t the only one in the area. Be sure to research before asking anyone anything here. And on top of it if you call to ask where your order is they don’t know. They seriously need to clean house and get management.

The people who work at this store are very disorganized and they do not know what they are doing. A friend of mine ordered a crib for my sister over a month ago and my sister is due tomorrow and still there is no crib. We had to order a new crib three times! And still no crib… The first time they lost the order and then canceled it, the second one just never showed up and they just can’t find the third one. This store is never busy but yet they still have a hard time pulling online orders. Not only did we have to order the crib three times we ask had to go to the actual store and talk to someone on the phone numerous times which we all failed attempts, word of advice order anything online!!!
