This is perhaps the most amazing workout facility I have ever been a member of. Equipment is top-​of-​the-​line, classes are always different full of energy, intense and outstanding training sessions. Pricing is the most reasonable I have seen in both Maryland and Florida The two states I have lived in. But the best part in the most special are the coaches and the owners. Marissa is incredible at the 6 AM class. Graham and Vic are the owners also coach and they do everything. These guys actually care about their members. They spend a lot of time coaching training and nutrition form and technique. You can see they are actually passionate about what they do and who does it with them. In the 3 weeks that I’ve been a member of this box I’ve seen amazing gains and I look forward to coming in every day. I highly recommend with five stars anyone looking to join a CrossFit box or fitness facility go to CrossFit Hard.
