Friendly customer service and a quick in and out line — I like that, and no qualms about taking returns. Store is large, clean, well-​organized, and smells faintly of pine needles.

I ordered a juicer, it came quickly and fortunately in good condition, by chance: the box was barely sealed up and falling apart, and they threw in some peanut foam that doesn’t biodegrade — if for that reason alone I would order elsewhere.

I ordered hours before the same day shipping deadline. I decided to try this site because it was the same price as the one I have ordered from before which is unusual. I have been using the product for me as well as my ill cat with renal failure and IBD. Assuming they were shipping it right away as proclaimed by their site, I expected it in the max 4 – 6 days later which was also mentioned in the ordering process. I received it 11, yes 11 days later, and my cat died in the meantime… so to get it so late and the emotions associated with the shipment I am justifiably upset. The packaging was inferior to Vitacost, and I received Vitacost”s order about 3 days after the order, packaged in bubble wrap vs Vitamin Shoppe’s tons of popcorn 11 days later. Will not use them again!
