Good Chinese Kitchen

Used to be the best chinese take out spot in New Jersey. Their thai shrimp green curry was my favorite. Unfortunately the past 2 times were a little disappointing. We dont order here as much because we moved but its still good considering it was a regular for 2 years.

i don’t order Chinese food anyplace else but here, the food is fresh and it don’t make me feel sluggish bc they don’t use MSG! super tasty and they NEVER MESS UP MY ORDER!

great quality Chinese. I had better boneless spare ribs this one was very tough like beef jerky. everything else was better than what is around. Glad that i ordered. Super fast delivery!

Beautiful food. You can get bigger sizes elsewhere for the prices but still a great place. Also super fast delivery!

Went there with a coworker. Ordered the broccoli beef. They offered brown rice, which was good. The broccoli was not over cooked, beef was perfect. My coworker got orange chicken and wonton soup and he would not stop raving about how good the wonton soup was. The orange chicken was made using dried orange peel, the way it should be.

Absolutely my favorite Chinese delivery place! I’ve never eaten at their location so I can’t say anything about that. But their food is always so fresh and they don’t smother their food in sauces. I’ve ordered several things from here but my favorite is shrimp w brocolli, beef w brocolli, shrimp dumplings, spring rolls. I just wish they would accept credit cards! Cash only

I have always REALLY liked this place and I have a greater appreciation for it now that I have been living out in lala land where good Chinese Food is really hard to find. The East Coast does generic Chinese food better, but there in lies the problem MOST places are VERY GENERIC. In other words for most Chinese Food places in Hudson County, or towns like Elizabeth, or Newark the experience and the food are incredibly identical. Additionally they can have some pretty ghetto elements. Signs written in marker, pencils sitting in a cup of rice, and sometimes drop ceilings with water stains because they are too broke or lazy to replace them.
This place rises above that mold. It is clean and affordable. Furthermore the food here is EXCELLENT and is a cut above most Chinese food spots and it is MUCH fresher. The quality matches that of a much classier sit down Chinese Food places. Also the menu is more expansive and the portions are bigger.
I am one Unilocaler that cares a lot about bang for the buck, and this place over delivers in terms of quality, quantity, freshness and price!

Absolutely hands down the best Chinese good place in the area. They have also been in this same exact spot for many many years. They recently went under new management but the recipes for the food have stayed the same. They did a upscale of the facility itself and it looks very nice. Also the facility is very VERY clean which I find highly important in a Chinese eatery.
The only downside is that ONLY accept cash but all the prices are extremely reasonable and fair.
My favorite things to get there are the boneless spare ribs, chicken with broccoli, general tso with pork fried rice, and sesame chicken with pork fried rice. They do have a diet menu, where they steam their food. They is a lot of options to choose from. You definitely have to come here!

Very good chinese food here. I haven’t had great chinese in a long time, but this place does a good job. Delivery is quick and the menu is inexpensive. Its pretty small to eat in, but if you live in upper Hudson or lower Bergen counties and want quality chinese food that’s easy on your wallet, order here.

I just ordered here for the first time, and I must say, the food was really great! I normally order from another Chinese restaurant in the area, but I decided to give this place a try after reading a couple reviews. Placing my order was super easy; the gentleman who took my order over the phone was very courteous and friendly. Best of all, my food got here in less than 20 minutes! I’ll definitely be ordering from here again!

I live in edgewater and it’s impossible to find a really good Chinese food take out place. I went here based on some of the reviews. This place is average at best. Cash only here. I had chicken with brocoli in garlic sauce and garlic wings. If you want wings, go to a place that specializes in wings not a Chinese take out.

I wanted to give this Chinese take out place 5 stars but had to give it 4 because they only accept cash. However if you overlook that part it is probably one of the best Chinese food take out places I’ve ever had.
The service is fantastic. Everyone who works there is extremely polite. The place itself is very clean. It is not a small boxed in front. There is room to wait around and even eat your food there if you would like.
We ordered a large order of chicken with broccoli, pork fried rice, white rice, and boneless rib tips. The portion sizes are huge. They could easily feed up to 4 people. The brown sauce they use is perfectly cooked. It is not too heavy like other places. The rib tips are my favorite. Every piece has meat on it and is not burnt. Best boneless rib tips I’ve had!
This will definitely be our go to place when we’re craving Chinese food.

Best Chinese food & my favorite Chinese take out place in this area. They are located right next to the bank in between McDs and subway in then plaza (right above chuckie cheese). They have great menu that is typical to Chinese take out place and similar lunch specials. BUT they are very fast & extra clean– plus great tasting Chinese food. Garlic wings with vegetable fried rice is my favorite thing to eat there (garlic wings is not on menu, you have to ask for it). Their
Garlic sauce is one of a kind so anything cooked with it taste great. They also have great lunch menu that comes with free soup, can of Soda or roll. Don’t get the home made ice tea or lemonade– they are not so much home made!
Every time I am in the are — I always stop by to get food here. And will be back many more time & I highly recommend it!

The best Chinese food I had in a while. Delivery came in under 25 minutes I can’t complain and the taste was excellent.

Best chinese delivery in the area, Good Kitchen never disappoints!

For fast food this place is not too bad. We ordered for delivery and they delivered really fast, within half an hour. The pork fried rice was pretty good. Greasy but good (because let’s be serious now, what fried rice from a Chinese fast food place isn’t?). Also ordered pork dumplings and they were OK but definitely wouldn’t have them again since the dough they used was really thick! But I guess if you like doughy dumplings, you would like these!
