anytime we ask for sides of sauce or blue cheese they ALWAYS forget to put it with the order even when it’s on the receipt. Just annoying. I ordered the escarole and beans appetizer and it felt as if I was chewing on sand. just an awful experience and just keeps getting worse every time we order from there. I’d say this is the last time :)

Every time I order from here I remember why I don’t like ordering from here. Everything is over priced for the portions they give. The pizza is paper thin. The bread is not authentic Italian bread. I ordered a grilled chicken salad and they couldn’t have given me more than a handful of lettuce. Pretty dissatisfied.

Gino’s offers simple and consistent Italian-American food. The menu features all of the typical items you’d find at a pizzeria or trattoria. The items are priced fairly. You can’t go wrong with one of their pastas or chicken based entrees(e.g. parmigiana, francese, etc.). The atmosphere is casual and comforting.

I was invited for a party here and the private room is great to host one. They even have a side entrance so your guests dont always have to pass the counter. I thoroughly enjoyed the dinner and service. They had 3 servers who were very prompt, especially with the drinks. The complimentary bread was fresh and very good. The marinara sauce is also very good. My only issue was the pizza that came with the kids meal. Hopefully this does not taste the same as their regular pies because it wasn’t as good as other places. Finally the chicken Francoise met the mark as well.

Just had a takeout order of eggplant parm – it was incredibly soggy and undercooked. I guess we should stick to ordering pizza from now on. Totally unsatisfied at the moment :(

Being a Bronx guy I have enjoyed a lot of great pizza throughout the years, but Gino’s mac & cheese slice is right up there with the best of them. When my sister moved to North Bellmore her neighbors endorsed Gino’s as the place to go for great pizza, paninis, and traditional Italian entrees.

I have lived in Bellmore for 28 years and never knew of this diamond in the rough. I stopped in for a few slices of pizza and it brought me back to my youth when all you could get was a thin slice not like today where every pizza is so thick you think you are eating bread. My new go to place when I’m hungry…

Just had takeout from ginos, safe to say I will not be getting take out from them again. Ordered two dinners, egg plant parm which was so incredibly salty it was unbearable, side of pasta had barely any sauce on it. Also ordered penne ala vodka(pictured). Dish was bland and had no sauce.

Is there anything worse on a Friday night, when you are hungry and tired, then ordering take out and instead of the lasagna that your husband ordered, he finds eggplant parm which he hates? And who wants to wait an hour for a delivery to correct the sloppy mistake? Just lost our business

One of the best Gino’s in Nassau whether you are eating a full meal with the family or getting a slice of pizza. Friendly staff and consistently good quality food. Nice off the beaten path neighborhood location but still accessible. Close to both East Meadow, Wantagh, Levittown, Merrick and Massapequa as well.

I’m a big fan of the chicken and meatball Parmesan sandwiches on toasted garlic bread. I get them with light sauce so the bread doesn’t get soggy. The penne a la vodka is great, as well as the triangle rolls that come with it. The pizza is good too.

I order here all the time. The pasta fagioli soup is amazing. They have one of the best Sicilian slices around. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

They offer gluten free. That’s the plus, it’s not fantastic by any means and they often serve bread with their pasta. But they’re a business, they run out of gluten free penne CONSTANTLY. Someone explain to me how you can disrespect your gluten free customers by being that unobservant to not see that the stock is low and you need to replenish?! You’re a business-get your act together, you would never run out of your gluten containing items, please respect those of us with celiac. We want to eat out too.

Stopped in the other day and was in the mood for pizza. Had a slice of the Margarita and a slice of the Buffalo chicken. Both were absolutely delicious and the crust was perfect. Not too thin but not over crispy either. The place was very clean and the staff was friendly and inviting. I would definitely visit here again.

This place has great pizza and a large selection of different slices when you come in. There is also plenty of seating to eat at the restaurant. The food is very good. I have had several chicken dishes and all of them have been delicious. The great thing is they also have gluten free pasta! It’s not any ordinary gluten free because their gluten free tastes just like the real thing. Their tomato sauce is also very good. The staff is very friendly and they also have a kids menu.

I was kinda expecting the buffalo chicken slice that I got to be, well, spicy. Isn’t buffalo chicken supposed to be spicy? I dunno, I guess I was expecting too much. The rice balls were great — the best I’ve ever had. My only complaint is that it didn’t come with tomato sauce, which a nearby restaurant offers with their rice balls. If this place offered tomato sauce with their rice balls too, it would be the best of both worlds. :) During my visit, my family ordered two rice balls, two slices of buffalo chicken and a regular slice. The person taking my order walked away while I was telling him what we wanted, but another guy came in and took my last order. Along with two sodas(which I turned out not having to drink since the buffalo chicken wasn’t spicy), the total was only 19.90. Not bad for five items + two sodas. The food is tasty, even if it wasn’t spicy as expected. There is no set rules for buffalo chicken being spicy or not, so I won’t take off stars from the rating for that. The bread of the pizza is tasty and crunchy, and the regular slice came with a small thing of shredded cheese which we ended up sharing among each other since my father didn’t need the cheese. If I could give this a score of 3.5, I would. But this is definitely better than some 3-stared pizza restaurants than I had but it’s not perfect. I saw three bugs while I was sitting down, and it definitely took away from my lunchtime experience. The food is to die for — at least that’s what a dead fly on the window glass thought. Two others were flying around, longing for the sun, it seemed.

Charged over $ 600 for a youth football team pizza party, which included NO wait service. Owner did not not honor price agreed upon by coach and manager.

Service is not great, food has taken a turn for the worst and the only thing left is decent pizza. Try Mama Ginas up the road for a great meal.
