This is my go to place when I get my nails done. My nails, on both hands and feet, are perfect when they are done here, at literally half the price of more expensive salons. I couldn’t ask for more and I highly recommend them for quality and price.

I came here twice. The first time I came here I was short on time and asked for just a polish change on my toes and a fill with a clear gel top coat. They pressured me into getting the full pedi and assured me we could do the fill and pedi in the time I had. She then talked me into using the gel polish on my fingers even though I said I preferred to use my own polish(so my toes would match my nails) they said they could match it perfectly. So I agreed. That was not the case and I was annoyed with my nails until my next fill. The pedicure was rushed as was my fill. She said she would have been able to do a better job if I had more time. I left annoyed and unhappy with my fill and pedi. They were very pushy and gruff. Apparently I am a glutton for punishment and came back today. I didn’t have any time restraints and and It is the closest nail salon to my home so I decided I would give it another shot. I decided to bring my own color again and push for just the clear gel coat. I said what I wanted and the gentleman at the desk said that they could do it. I sat down and another man removed my nail polish. He cut me two separate times while removing my gel. Then luckily another women sat down and told me they could not use my polish as they do not have the correct clear gel to go over regular polish. I said I did not want that because last time they did not match properly. I offered to pay for my polish removal and they kept arguing saying they would do it with the clear gel coat but if it didn’t stick to the regular polish they would not be responsible. I left. Ugh.

So I went here with a family member for a pedi and gel mani. We started at the same time and I was done with my pedicure 20 minutes before my family member. !!! Then my nail tech complained at how long it was taking for my gel nail polish to come off. Then ruined my natural nails in the removal process. I asked for a design with gel and instead of admitting that she couldn’t do it because she wasn’t skilled enough she said my nails were too short. Beyond rude. My nails are average length and my normal nail salon has no problem! Not to mention that it was $ 60 for both. Not worth $ 40. Won’t be back.

I had a wedding to attend and a friend who lives nearby recommended this place. I was very disappointed. The guy doing my nails cut the cuticles on 2 fingers so bad that it drew blood. Then when he filed my nails he left jagged edges. Definitely one of the worst manicures I ever had.

Wow, has this place gone downhill. It used to be pricey but worth it; the services were good and thorough and all of the people working there were really nice. Now the services are half assed and the people either silent or gruff, with seemingly only one holdover from the previous group(and he is still amazing, which is why I have 2 stars and not 1 star). My manicure didn’t even go to the edges of my nails and barely one day later, 2 nails are chipped. And I haven’t done anything to cause that. I will go elsewhere when I need another manicure or pedicure.

Seriously is there any decent place to get nails done besides 10 Hair & Nails? My nail tech is on maternaty leave so Im trying to find a place for the few months while shes out. WTF is all I can say! Price was good, place was clean but the services done on my neice and myself were beyond a 3 ring circus! We both had 2 different people doing our service, the guy I had was either just out of school or had limited experience doing nails prior to mine. He never said boo the entire time? The woman who did my neice hurried beyond what I could discribe both her nails and feet were done in under 30 min? My cuticals being cut were painful and when I said ouch I dont think this dude understood what that meant. I give it 3 stars only for how clean it was, a cool parafin dip they did, and my initial greeting by a friendly worker otherwise an odd experience.

I went here with my sister, she had a great experience. I unfortunately had the male who works there… he was very nice, but was very rough, sloppy, and clipped my toenail so short it was painful and bleeding. Everyone who worked there was very friendly and their prices were very reasonable!

I don’t normally get my nails done, but when I do, I go here. They’re clean, quick, and the prices are fair. I came here last Saturday for a mani/pedi for a wedding I was in. I had to wait a little while, since Saturday is a pretty busy day for them, but once I was called over to the pedicure station, they had be painted up pretty and on my way in no time! The pedicure stations are really nice. They seat you in a big comfy leather massage chair and have you soak your tired toes in a little jacuzzi tub with skin softening minerals. Next, they clean up around the nails and use a pumice stone on the soles of your feet(and laugh at you when you twitch because you’re ticklish). After that, they paint your nails and then give you a lower leg and foot massage with mint scented lotion. Next, it’s off to the manicure station. Again, they have you soak your hands before cleaning up your cuticles. Next comes the painting. On this particular visit, I tried a gel manicure for the first time. It’s pretty similar to a regular manicure, except they shine a special UV light on your nails between coats. After the last coat and UV light soak, my nails were completely hardened and dry! I didn’t even have to go over to the nail drying station! Pretty cool! One of the reasons I don’t get my nails done very often is because I work in a lab, where I tend to be pretty rough on my nails. It has now been 4 days since I had my gel manicure, and there is still not a single chip in my nail color! If it had been a regular manicure, the color would have been almost completely chipped off by now. I just may have to treat myself to these manicures a bit more often now! :)
