Garden Nails Two

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have come to this place four times and I am finally fed up with it. The owner starts your nails and then passes onto someone else. She doesn’t allow your nails to settle which has resulted me coming back twice in 4 days to get the chipped nails fixed. When I came in to get them fixed I insisted in another color. She took off one of my nails and upon leaving she wanted me to pay for the nails she took off and fixed. The fill I got was only four days old! And told me I was rough on my nails. Tried blaming me for the cheap products they use which are priced so high. The polish started peeling off. Do not go to this place! It’s so over priced as well and the owner when she does your nails is very rough and hurts. The owner is worried about getting people in and out and stops doing your nails so she can help someone else. I’ve gotten my nails done for years and have never had an experience like I have with this place! The girls that do the pedicures are really good and take their time! There are lots of other places around that are worth trying! Never coming back to the place again!!!

I came here with my sister and niece for pedicures. I barely put my feet in the water when the technician goes to chat with a lady who walked through the door. Then she proceeds to wax her in one of the rooms. She never came up to me to explain why she would leave a client and take care of someone who just walked in the door. Why should I put up with and pay for terrible customer service?! I got up, dried my feet and said no thank you to no one in particular. The technician didn’t even come back to check on me or ask why I wasn’t getting a pedicure. She just sat down and started someone else’s manicure. Don’t go here. Obviously, They don’t know how to treat people.
This was my second time here. My first time was a 2 star experience but figured I’d give them another chance. My mistake.
Oh and I would give 0 stars if that were an option.

This place is awesome!!! Been coming here for so long and feels like home! They do a good job. you just have to find the right person… Hmmm secret!!! but seriously it’s clean and they don’t rush you… I get the gel manicure.

The only reason I’m giving this place one star is because they were very friendly. Other than that, my nail experience was to say the least horrible. I first walked into the place and the carpets were stained and it smelled. There was no décor or anything aesthetically pleasing. The prices were fair, but to get a gel refill it took an hour and 45 minutes. It is something that should only take 30 – 45 minutes. There was no skill whatsoever as far as doing nails goes. By the time I got home all of the nail polish on my nails was smudged. It hasn’t even been a week and the gel is starting to snap off. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Clean, friendly and quick. I have been here a few times in the past few weeks and they always fit me in and do an awesome job. Not sure why there are some negative reviews, haven’t been disappointed yet. Lovely ladies that work there!

The lady is always hurrying, the place is depressing and I’m not going back again. Nails are not completely dry before she rushes you out :/

I have been going to this nail salon for about 12 years. In the past year I have left there disappointed, every time. Since gel manicures became popular (I’ve been getting them for about 4 years now) they rush through the manicure to move on to the next one. It’s all about the money now. no more quality work from this salon! Joys cousin Gina (previous owner) would be very disappointed in her. I must say though, the girls doing the pedicures do an excellent job! They take their time and don’t mind special requests. They do a better job polishing your nails than the people doing the manicures. Time to find a quality nail salon!!!

I’ve given this place multiple chances over the years and every time I go, I leave disappointed. The issue lies with the owner, who would, instead of do quality work, rush through the job and get onto the next customer. Today I went for a Shellac manicure. The owner, Gina, was rushing and did not allow the polish to set and now, 2 hours later, the Shellac is litetally falling off. (See photos) Besides being over priced, the quality is extremely low. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.
