Took my retainer and ran. We never even got to a court visit and my retainer was gone. He left me hanging.
The only person I would recommend this attny to is the spouse you’re trying to divorce. Let him take his/​her money and leave them stranded.
Never Trust This Guy!
I ended up using a wonderful attny that charged me about ½ the price. And my outcome was great!
This guy’s outrageous retainer set me back financially and it made my case take longer, due to me having to secure a real lawyer.
Live and learn.

$ 5000 is the majic number in his office. Every time you turn around he wants (his wife Linda who works in the office) more money, in $ 5000 increments. Didn’t represent us properly and when challenged he said the judge would read The docs and he didn’t have to say anything. (not true). The appeal wasn’t complete when filed so we lost that also. ANY ATTORNEYwouldhavebeenbetter!!!

One of the biggest liers I have ever met in my entire life. A complete crook — billed me 5000 $ in the last day of my case after telling be the day before he would only requrie a little more money !!! Made guarantees he never kept and lied lied lied. Byers told me he would be handling 100% of my case when I hired him and he did not even show up to court for my divorce — sent his «right out of school» hire — who showed up 30 minutes late after the judge said we cannot wait any longer. An absolute terrible terriblle experience !!! Any lawyer would be better — ANY. I strongly encourage everyone not to do business with this man. Rating– negative 5 Stars
