Chipotle Mexican Grill

Let me start off by saying that the service here is HORRENDOUS. Normally, I love going to Chipotle, whether it be in Arizona (home town) or Boston (college location). However, whenever I am in Andover, I dread going to this place because of how rude, careless, and unprofessional the workers are. Because the workers absolutely do not care about providing the best service, they serve slowly (because they are talking to each other instead of focusing on their customers), perform recklessly (they drop big pans in the back kitchen and disrupt the seating area), and give ridiculously small portions.
When I was in today, I asked for a little bit more of the meat (since the worker only gave me a couple pieces of steak), and I was told to pay extra, even though I was not given the normal amount, initially. In addition, I have never been to a Chipotle that demands extra money for tortillas on the side when I order a bowl. At Chipotles in Arizona and Boston, I order three small flour tortillas (even five sometimes) on the side, and the workers ALWAYS gladly give them to me free of charge.
This has been the first time coming to the North Andover Chipotle location since one year ago, and unfortunately, nothing has changed since the last time when my friends and I got so irritated by the service. I advise you to find a different Chipotle location if you’re ever craving a burrito or salad bowl.

Unhygienic, unprofessional, clumsy and not a vegetarian friendly franchise of Chipotle. While serving veggie fajitas, the server dropped few pieces of veggies in pork and she took out the veggies using the same spoon and put it in my veggie bowl. And when I questioned about it she was like «oh thats only few of them». Its a big big NO for me! She didn’t even offer to make a new one! Very disappointing Chipotle.

⁵⁄₁₀ times they forget the extra side of sour cream when I send in my order. But they will serve you up an extra side of sass no problem. Other than that I would say it’s your average chipotle.

Gotta admit it. Ate there in LA 6 days in a row. Don’t touch the glass in N Andover! You WILL be redirected.

Food is usually great and ordering in person goes smoothly. Today I made the mistake of ordering online. Disaster. I ordered at 5:15pm, the website said it’d be ready at 5:45p. I received it at 5:55. I drove home and discovered that the hard shells were missing from the kids meal and for a 2^nd kids meal the quesadilla was missing. I drove back. Told cashier at 6:15 what was missing. Received missing food items at 6:20. Over an hour from start to finish to get fast food not including driving it home to the family.
Not one apology from staff for the missing items. Not all but many of the staff is unfriendly, no eye contact and does not put the customer first as today’s experience shows.
Today the food was not as good as usual… the chips were too salty to eat, they’re usually fine. The veggies were crunchy, practically raw, so they were not sautéed enough.
My family of 5 will stop our weekly trip there for long time as a result of today’s experience. Nearby Panera will get out business instead.

I’d like to start by saying this is not a critique off he quality of food here. If I were to write a review about the food it would be overwhelmingly positive because I am a big fan of the Chipotle franchise. And I know what to expect from a Chipotle.
To start, my burrito was wrapped so poorly it felt like an oversized taco in my hand. Usually at Chipotle a rewrap is offered after a bad wrap, but at this location the abysmal wrap apparently did not warrant this courtesy.
Another thing I’ve come to expect at Chipotle is salsa being offered with my chips but did not receive any salsa with my chips. This didn’t matter too much after I had to unwrap my burrito and poor the contents into my basket then shovel the innards of the burrito into my mouth with the chips.
The problem with this scenario was the lack of chips I found in my bag. Not nearly enough to finish up my mess of a burrito.
Again I really do enjoy the food at Chipotle I just will not be returning to this location even though it is the closest location to me.

I love Chipotle, but am not one of the people addicted that go every day. They don’t give enough meat, even if you get double meat. Yet it is inconsistent because if they just brought over a fresh batch you get 1 ½ or 2 scoops, yet if there is only a little bit left you get like ¾ of a scoop (big difference). Although my disappointment with the meat portion the rest of the assembly line makes up for it. The guacamole is what keeps me coming back the most.

Had my fair share of chipotle, and this lives up to the usual. Very good, and fresh ingredients. Affordable price for the great ingredients. Was quite packed when I arrived, but the employees work quickly and the line moves quickly. Cannot wait to go again.

Very Disorganized. Workers not friendly. And Definitely needs a good cleaning. My family and I were traveling and stopped for dinner. Not our first Chipotles but definitely our dirtiest.

Can not get enough of this place!!! Their bowls are soo filling and they always give a really good serving of guacamole!!!

I swear to god, if Chipotle had a location near me, I would eat there every day.
Food is great as usual, and the customer service is pretty quick with food prep. You’re in and you’re out right away. (Depends on how many people there are though)

Today was my first day having Chipotle and I have been hearing great things about it. When I got there the line was packed with customers so the rumors weren’t liing. After ordering my food I see the price and it made my jaw drop. About 22 dollars for some chips and two meals. Cheap right. Any way getting ready to eat my non-​GMO meal I was excited to see if Chipotle was good or not. Having my steak and cheese burito was amazing. I hope to come here again and again. Great jon cheifs.
Make sure you tell them to prepare your food before you get ther because when we got to Chipotle my meal was still being made.

Mostly rice and beans, fills you up but seems overpriced for what you get.
It’s quick and and satisfying, but nearly $ 8 for a little scoop of meat and a pile of rice and beans inside a tortilla; assembly line style.
It’s funny to go to a restaurant full of people all eating the same few ingredients prepared 3 different ways

This is the best place the burritos are big and fill you up the prices are good the staff are so friendly i eat here every friday sometines more i love it so so much i. told all my family and friends about it too they all tried it and loved it too i got them all hooked on it…

Very stingy at this location compared to other locations. Don’t waste your time here. Go to the Woburn Chipotle location instead.

Chipotle puts crack in their food and I’m addicted. I always get a burrito bowl with chicken, brown rice, black beans, medium and hot salsa, corn, lettuce, cheese and guac. Sometimes they don’t drain my beans and I get a wet bowl. But I still demolish my food. I don’t really care for the atmosphere — it’s always full of loud, bratty teenagers. Sometimes I wait a bit too long in line but my burrito bowl is ALWAYS on point :)

Definitely my go-​to «fast food» place. I always get a chicken burrito and it’s always really good. My boyfriend gets the pulled pork (carnitas) and he is always raving about it. There seems to always be a line no matter what time it is or what day it is. I just started using the chipotle app. I love it! It definitely cuts down on the waiting time, if you are taking your food to go.

Love it! Great food and great service! ! Love sitting outside on the deck enjoying the food, weather and sites.

This review is for catering we ordered for a graduation party on Memorial Day weekend. One word, AWESOME! We did the 2 meat spread for 25 people. We chose chicken for both meats as my daughter knew her friends always chose chicken on their semi-​weekly trips to Chipotle. Everything was included down to the matches to light the sterno! We had plenty of food for everyone, even guacamole. I would do this again in a heartbeat. The kids loved it and there was enough left for a late night snack and still more for breakfast nachos. Yes breakfast nachos. Next time I will ask for some salad dressing and provide lettuce at the house because I know how popular the salads are too. Thank you Chipotle for making the party easy and fun!

I was craving Mexican food and I mean seriously craving it. Just like a woman would crave pickle during pregnancy. I was in the parking lot and before I could step out of my car, I was wet. I mean wet in my mouth, I was salivating like a puppy who was just showed a yummy bone and meat. I got my fix of chicken bowl and a taco to go with it. Glanced over the cashier and saw that they were serving beer. voila! Boost me up with a Dos Equis please. A very enjoyable meal and my craving subsided after I hogged it all down in under 7 minutes.
Pluses– The line moves fast, fresh ingredients and seating place.
Minusus– If you in a hurry to grab some food during lunch, dinner this is not the place. Although the line moves quick just seeing 25 ppl in front of you doesnt make it easier. Not a place to have a quiet, intimate meal.
