WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I was hung up on after the rep told me the product I wanted was not there, and I said how do you know when you’ve not allowed me to give you the name of the product. I called back and asked for a Supervisor who refused to talk to me, she just kept asking the person who answered the phone what I wanted. They all need customer care training, compassion, manners, or just plan human decency when dealing with customers.

Staff here is not too great here… lines are always long and not kept up well
However it is great if ur in need of quick things

I had the worst experience ever at this Walmart. I had a family emergency. A family member of mines stopped breathing and almost died. I needed some ginger root to help open her sinuses and help her breathe a little better. I called when I got back from the hospital. I couldn’t waste a trip so I asked them if they could they check to see if they had it in stock. A lady from customer service told me that she couldn’t check because it was on the other side of the store and she had things to do.
It’s a shame that someone in retail would respond like that.
I called and tried to reach out to upper management. I left a message for
Nicole Everett and she never returned my call. They lost a customer that day.
Horrible experience.

need better check out personnel. I wait a lot of time in lines there and it seems the whole process could happen a lot faster.

i came here because this walmart had the best rating for all of the surrounding walmarts. the people that go here are rude and the staff is a bit slow when it comes to the checkout. there are a lot better walmarts out there but compared to the surrounding areas, this one takes the cake

I went into this store to pick up something as simple as a t-​shirt for work. The place was an absolute mess. It looked like clothes (in every department) were just rolled up in balls and tossed on shelves, just thrown everywhere. It was terrible. Ended up leaving with nothing because it was too disorganized to find any sizes.
