I Just Bought My Fourth Home about 3 years ago i wanted a miele Double Wall Oven and saw they Carried Miele appliances it Was A Sunday Around 11 am or !2 pm i went in saw the owner talking to another couple so i didn’t mind then he glanced over to me a attitude look never acknowledge me, never said please wait i be right with you nothing, like i didn’t mean anything i was there to buy A 6,000.00 miele oven and a lapearla dishwasher. not a one speed hotpoint washer. not a thing i am easy to get along with. he didn’t even care i was there i just left and went to a place in king prussia that sell high end everything they were so nice to me. very disappointed. i can see they were first but the point is he never acknowledge me and he knew i was there. it was rude. never again

On Mattern’s website it says they price competitively and offer superior service — and it’s all true! I couldn’t be happier that we chose to purchase the appliances for our new home from Mattern’s. Everyone we have dealt with at the store has been polite, professional and focused on customer service from the store to delivery to after market service.
Our new GE fridge wouldn’t cool and Mattern’s sent GE Service out and when he said it was a dead compressor it was quickly replaced — no fuss, no hassle. Then #2 fridge started acting up within a week and déjà vu. again, Mattern’s was amazing. Bob was on it and GE’s been out again. Mattern’s customer care is what sets them apart and above everyone else. I will be back for any future appliances! I’m so glad we shopped local and it’s been a breath of fresh air to deal with a company that truly cares about their customers.

I recently had to replace my 25-​year old washer and dryer and was very leery of new products since my online research had come up with many bad reviews. I am also limited by size and location since I have a second floor laundry closet in a townhome and have allergies so I can only use certain soaps. Mattern’s was recommended by my repair guy who knows ALL the locals well, and his recommendation was spot on!
From the time I walked into the store until the time the delivery guys left, I was 100% pleased! Robert was great-​no pressure, no hype, was able to answer my concerns about the products I was limited to, gave me hints on how to get the most out of my new machines and was very patient with my questions. The delivery guys were neat, polite, VERY professional, and quick! I was up and running in less than an hour and I love my new washer and dryer! I had a concern about staining because my old washer was leaking oil and Dale was very careful to load the old washer into a box so as not to get grease on the carpet – not a drop was spilled and no scuffs on the walls on the way out either!
I wholeheartedly recommend Mattern’s to anyone who likes to shop local, get personalized service from a friendly and knowledgeable professional – and their prices are great too!!!
