When I first ordered, it was exceptional. The last few times it’s been soggy. I can’t stand soggy, I just can’t. A thin crust pizza has just got to be CRISP. I tried fixing this by ordering it well done, but it didn’t work too well. I’m not sure what happened, it’s a shame because it was the closest I had had to southwest side pizza up here. Good pizza is RARE on the north side and I don’t know why.

I think this place has the best thin crust pizza in Chicagoland! The four cheese mushroom pizza and the taco pizza are my favorites. There’s also a great outdoor seating area which is great to take advantage of in the summer months.

I don’t like pizza in general, but this is the only place whose pizza I will eat with extreme satisfaction even when it is leftover. I especially recommend the Pat’s Special with mushrooms… It is so good! Their warm bread is awesome too! I was positively surprised by the nice deco and atmosphere inside the restaurant, because the outside was not anything impressive. It is a hidden treasure that could easily be missed.(It is a must-go for my labor day weekend in Chicago.)

I am a regular at the Lincoln location. My family from Norridge invited me for dinner and we tried Pat’s. I was not at all disappointed. Décor and atmosphere are even nicer than the Chicago location. Food is excellent — thin crust pizza and veggie lasagna are fabulous. For excellent pizza one should try Pat’s and O’Fame — these two are absolute best in Chicago.

The mister and I have tried their pizza at the other location on Lincoln Ave. and enjoyed it. So when our friend Deonna L. suggested that we order from the Pat’s location by her house when we came over to visit, the Count and I responded with a «hell yeah!» :). I am not a big fan of pizza crust, in my opinion«less is more» and the thin cracker type crust on the pizza we ordered did not disappoint. We ordered a half veggie/half cheese pizza and the toppings were fantastic! Pat’s does NOT overdose on the cheese and the sauce was seasoned just right, not too salty not too sweet. I didn’t even miss having meat on my pizza(usually get sausage), that is how good the cheese and sauce is! I would definately order from Pat’s again.

Really thin, cracker crust pizza done very well. So…why only three stars? The pizza is really delicious when piping hot and fresh from the oven. It gets a bit soggy and limp after it cools and loses a great deal of its appeal. It did not reheat that well, even in the toaster oven. The overall menu looks good and will try some of the other stuff, but the thin pizza is best enjoyed in house to fully appreciate it.
