Super awesome selection of Viogneirs and white blends. I’m truly impressed because The Cellar doesn’t even carry this type of wine.

Good selection. Why only 2 stars? When I walked up to the counter I almost decided to go elsewhere — would have if I had more time. The guy was nice enough. They had a tip jar out. Really??? A tip jar??? I didn’t tip the person at Walgreens today, why would I tip you?
Sure some will say — oh sometimes they help make selections and are full of knowledge. Sure, I’ll agree with that. If a person was really helpful the customer may or may not tip them (even without a jar).
The tip jar is there to guilt people into tipping.
If I was the owner, I would fire someone who put a tip jar out.

I love this liquor store! Neal and Nita are amazing people who really care about their customers and the products they carry. It was a great stop on the way home when I was within walking distance and even though I have moved and they are a little more out of my way, I make sure to go to them whenever possible.
The staff is really friendly & knowledgeable, they have a great selection, and about once a month, when the weather is nice, they have tastings for new products. Aaron is an extremely nice employee that has been with them the longest and he is a huge part of choosing their products. He is a master curator.
They are cheaper than most of the smaller liquor stores in Norman and only a dollar or two more than the big warehouses of booze (if not the same price). They are the Cheers of Norman liquor stores!

Prices are reasonable, selection is good (it’s harder than you think to find a bottle of sake in Norman but they have several kinds here), and service is friendly. The clerks remember your name and are always willing to assist you in making your choice. Parking is okay and access is a lot easier now that city road construction in front of the shop has finished. Nothing witty or insightful to add here– just a recommendation for a solidly good liquor store in west Norman.
