At The Beach Tanning Superstore

I have been a happy At The Beach goer for a while now and when I found those location closer to where I lived I was thrilled. However, I felt very unwelcome when I first came in and was greeted with no smile nor a «hello».
I proceeded to show a coupon I had received for a free Versa or bed upgrade from signing up for the At The Beach texts. I was told that I could not use it because I was already a member and had received a free Versa and Level 5 bed trial when I originally signed up. When I attempted to explain that the coupon was completely unrelated to the original sign up offer the woman scoffed at me and explained to me, like I was a child, that the Versa is a spray tan machine and I was mistaken because At The Beach does not send out coupons (even though I had received the coupon and number for At The Beach Texts from their official website).
The woman behind the counter was abrasive, condescending, and treated me like I was stupid. This is NOT what I expect from At the Beach and I am very disappointed in their staff at the Norman Noble location. I would rather make a farther commute than every return to this store.
