They’re okay, but they won’t honor referral requests, e.g. our friend was promised a bonus for referring us to a specific salesman, but the sales guy never sent the money even though we asked multiple times over months. It was such an awkward situation we didn’t even want to return when there was recall work needed(eventually we did). Also, it’s the typical stressful car dealership hours-long haggling process over the price. Even after you get the price agreed upon, you get another round of sales pitches about the warranties during the financing paperwork. Next time we’ll just buy our car off the internet.

2 years later, I revisit this dealer to look for a Mitsubishi. As it is the only Mitsubishi dealer in town and if you want a «brand new» Mitsubishi thats the place to go. No different than if you want a big mac you have to return to McDonalds even if you had an issue there. The car is good, I just had an issue with the sale. To my surprise I was actually confronted regarding this 2 year old review. I understand that prices fall and change all the time, however there are many many retailers that will honor a lower price for 1 – 3 months after you purchase, so that this kind of situation does not occur. Maybe not car dealers, but this would be unknown to me as I dont buy a new car every few weeks like I shop at Lowes or Best Buy. Now that thats out of the way I will say that it was pretty awkward to be confronted about a review two years later, but on the bright side I will admit that I find that the ambition and the care about that poor comment was still on their minds two years after it was written and that they were still thinking about it. I’m confused on why I wasnt reached out to a year a go(a year after I wrote the review, when they responded) but that doesnt matter now, it was enlightening to see that they still did care and wanted to try to make it right. I probably could have been confronted a little nicer, but I cant say I would have done it any different if I were on the other side of the table. As of this moment Ryan(the owner) has offered some things to make it better, maybe he was waiting till he saw me again to try to fix it, but I dont go walking through dealerships on a regular basis. When/if those things come through I’ll be back here to update this again. I’ll keep you posted.
