Food service is always slow. They confuse orders all the time and take forever to make simple food items.

This place has it’s ups and it’s downs. The service is great but the lanes are not well maintained. The oil is really inconsistent going down the lanes but when you look at the prices you can’t really complain. Overall a great time and be sure to check out the pro shop. They have very competitive prices even compared to online!

Whatever you do, do NOT eat here. Pretty disconcerting when you find bugs I’m your food. Yuck! The lanes also kept breaking down and we kept being switched around! The customer service is atrocious, the lady at the food counter is rude, callous and doesn’t know how to listen. One thing is for sure, we will never be coming back!

The food here is fantastic. I come here regularly for the free wifi, and (in my opinion) they have better waffle fries than a certain chicken fast food place. I love the Spinnerz, the wings, and the $ 10 pitcher of beer. During the week, for $ 10, you can get three games of bowling, shoe rental, and a lunch combo.

What’s not to love about the bowling alley! This bowling alley is near gate 5 and very convenient. It’s CLEAN which is huge plus in my book. I mostly come during the daytime (think lunch break) and get a quick game in. You’ll see lots of people doing the same and in uniform! I love to people watch and talk trash to those sitting near me! Hahaaaaa I’m such a silly goose.
The food at this bowling alley is really good too. I am fond of the fish and chips and the half pound bacon cheeseburger. They have waffle fries that rival Chic-fil-a’s –yeah I said it– everything is made fresh to order. Staff is very friendly too. I’ve never had any type of service issue since I’ve been coming here. Also, check out the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies — they are a must have!

This place has the worst costumer service ever. I got there at 10pm and everyone that worked there was acting like they were about to close. The lady at the food counter was so rude and didn’t sell me a slice of pizza because they were «about to close». So I got cheese fries and they sucked. They were soaked in grease and had some cold cheese on top. It was about 1045 pm and all the workers were just sitting around watching a basketball game not doing anything.
Besides the sh*ty costumer service the lanes are pretty good.
