I’ve been to this store a few times and their sandwiches are delicious, especially the roast beef and they are really fast. I usually just get the sub, but I went over the weekend and got the combo tthis time. They have a sign that says $ 2 extra for combo, the sandwich is $ 4.95 — so extra $ 2 should come out to $ 6.95 and lets say $ 1 for tax — so total should be $ 7.95 right?
Wrong, I was charged $ 9 for the combo, Really Jimmy John’s?

I am so impressed with this location! The food tastes like delicious Jimmy John’s– so no surprises in that department. But this location blew me away with their customer service! They brought me sweet tea instead of unsweetened. I called and actually spoke to the owner who promised to bring the correct beverage himself and gave me credit at that store for the mistake. They were courteous, extremely fast and gave customer service like it was 1920! Check out this location and you won’t be disappointed!
