this was by far the most disgusting hotel i have ever stayed in! These people have out me threw hell! They have lied on TripAdvisor about refunding me! please go check out! I can show you my bank information and call logs of outgoing calls I had to make because they would never want to return my calls! When i ran out and checked out there was a older white woman and she told me that shes not the manager and there was no manager on duty at the moment! mind you i checked in a 12is am and checked out 4:30 am or even sooner! when my mother and my self were woken up from bites all over our bodies! which i have pictures to show also! I finally got a call back after 2 months of going back and forth with a man name beings with«S» has an accent and told me his just an employer! the«manager» who was the exact person the checked us out! the older white woman told me she will not refund me no money because I chose to leave and the room had no signs of bed bugs! which she also lied about! i then asked her to please take off this publications that she refund me! LIESLIESLIES! its been a month now & its still up! I have enough evidence to give to TripAdvisor or Unilocal!if you need them! Thank you and have a great day

For the record not EVERYTHING was terrible about this place. The location was very central for all of the purposes I had for being there. Very convenient. They also allowed pets and when travelling with a large dog it can be a real challenge to find lodging. And last but not least the price was much better than most of the other places around that were also pet friendly. The reason the cost is so low is because this place is really bad. My wife and I arrived and our room was surrounded by caution tape. It looked as if there was a major crime there in our hotel room and the scene was still blocked off. It turns out that it wasn’t anything to do with a crime… it was blocking off the area so that workers could start banging and demolishing the awning/overhang directly above our room ourtside the window before 9 am. The door to the room was not even locked when we got there so I had to do an animal/homicidal maniac sweep of the room before we could settle in for the night. The room was also listed as a non smoking room but the room STUNK of cigarettes and who knows what else but it was far from pleasant. Seriously. It was bad. I worked at an animal shelter for like 8 years so my nose is pretty much shot and it was even bothering me. The room itself was a nice size and the bed was large but not very comfortable… but this is a budget hotel… I think the bed was fine for what this place is… as for the other furniture, there was a small table with 2 chairs. I sat in one of the chairs, assuming that there was some degree of structural integrity but the chair was broken in several places and I fell to the floor and cut my arm on a piece of the broken wood. Not badly or anything, but that isn’t the point. After spending a long, beautiful day at the beach my wife decided to stay in while I went out with friends. While I was out she took a shower and water was either leaking from around the tub or from somewhere else, but there was a full bathroom floor with standing water. This was to be our last night so we just sopped up the water and went to sleep; anxious to wake up and be done with this place. On our last morning there we got a wake up call not from the workers above us but by the man in the next room who apparently has a drug problem and owed the gentleman on the phone at 7am $ 700. He didn’t have the money and didn’t have any way to get it. The owed party suggested that the addict man go rob somebody and get the money, but at least our crack head neighbor had some honor and informed the phone man in no uncertain terms«I really don’t want to go rob anyone.» They continued yelling for another 10 minutes as we began to pack our things. He called his mother, and many other people before we left, asking for money but apparently(as with most addicts) this has happened before a bunch of times and nobody was helping him. My wife decided that we should probably go ahead and leave before the guy decides to rob people after all and start with his neighbors… or more likely, the drug dealing man finds out where the crack head is holed up and shows up and who knows what happens… I saw Scarface and I think it has something to do with chainsaws. We didn’t want any part of that so we left.

I made a reservation for the hotel last minute and was very pleased with the price I paid for it. I had someone from the hotel call and ask me when I would be arriving and if I wanted a smoking or non-smoking room. Both of these items I had already indicated when I made my reservation online. I arrived fairly late in the night to check in and I had to go around back to the night lobby area. The check in process took awhile and it was hard to heard the individual through the glass. The bathroom looks like it needs updating but overall, the water was hot. The bathroom light wouldn’t turn on so I had to resort to taking one of the lamps from the night stand so I could see in the bathroom. Eventually the bathroom light did turn on. My room was facing Little Creek Road, so I could hear the traffic noise mostly when the AC wasn’t running. Thankfully, I was able to sleep. Ultimately, I would go back to this place due to it’s price. The room was clean and I was able to sleep. The location is close enough to the airport but I wasn’t as worried about my safety as I would have been had I selected a hotel near Military Circle Mall.
