Typical food for a Wendy’s but very poorly managed. If you walk in around lunch time and there are more than a dozen people standing around waiting in their orders, run away. You will be standing there waiting on you«fast food» for a lot longer than it will take you to go to a better run restaurant.

–Typical Wendy’s menu –Orders come out pretty rapidly even during lunch –I can’t speak on accuracy cause I order basic things(fries, strawberry tea) –The interior does need a makeover & aeration(don’t know if I used that word correctly.. who cares), smells like a old sour dish rag –Wendy’s will always be endeared to me though… so many broke joker college meals sustained me for the wee hour shenanigans.

I am only giving this place 3 stars because the young man who I believe was the manager by the name of James was so kind and friendly. On the other side of that however, a young lady Judy(I think the General Manager) was very rude to the young man. When I walked in the building I saw him cleaning the windows and tables off. I went to the rest room and came out to find another customer. The GM came around the corner with the nastiest attitude asking another employee where James was and that he needed a head set. I saw him go into the restroom as I was going in. No Biggy right? Wrong, once he came back to the counter the GM had taken an order then scolded James for not being at the counter and he mentioned that he was in the bathroom. I understand that you do not want customers to wait to long for service but when you are short staffed everyone has to do their part. If he had to use the restroom, then so be it. Judy was rude and I do not think that as a GM you should talk down to your employees in front of customers. It’s unprofessional. I mean like he went to relieve himself. She made a big deal out of nothing. I started to tell her how rude and unprofessional she was but decided to Unilocal it for all to see

Had such a great experience! There was a cashier there named James and he was such a nice gentleman! Totally recommend this place, very clean and generous staff!

My husband and I stopped by for a quick lunch today and ordered at the drive-thru. We were asked to pull forward, as the nuggets husband ordered needed time to cook. This was fine, I understand, and no one likes cold nuggets. What wasn’t fine was me taking a bite from my sandwich after we had pulled off and realizing they had neglected to pull the paper off the cheese. Yuck. No one likes a mouth full of paper. The rest of our food was fine, it’s just hard to get over the mouthful of paper I got… hence, two stars.

The service here is cool. The lines can be long but it is near a really busy office park, so I understand they do their best when they get slammed. BUTNOMORECHEESYCHEDDARBURGER? That’s all I ordered. Also, there is no dollar menu, its a «value menu» but I see nothing of value on that Menu– I dont know what happened to Wendys, but I know it doesn’t taste as good when it’s not cheap. I used to eat there for lunch 2 – 3 times a week, now I never go there. Its too expensive for cheap food, and when i can afford it I’d rather go somewhere better so they lose-lose my business. Nobody at my job even goes there anymore.

I have returned again and again to this location always hoping they will get my order right. It rarely happens. I’m disappointed and stay away for a month or so, then return with renewed hope. When I place my order, I guess I should just say,” give me whatever you think I should have.” because that would be just as good as ordering what I want. I will compliment them on their consistency. How can they they get it wrong 90% of the time? Go to Arby’s next door or Subway in the shopping center behind them. If you don’t go elsewhere and you are disappointed, don’t say you weren’t warned.
