Six associates standing the customer service desk doing nothing but talking amongst themselves. Two customers, me and another. I’ve been waiting 15 minutes now to make a return.

I give this location three stars because the store itself is usually clean and well organized, and the cashiers are friendly. With that being said, here are the faults:
1. The lights in the parking lot area adjacent to Rockbridge Road are never lit. At night, that whole section is in almost complete blackout. That’s not safe.
2. Quite a few items in the store are damaged, tampered with, or have parts stolen from them. You must always examine everything throughly to make sure it’s complete. We learned this the hard way after buying a can of nuts that someone had sampled, and a water bottle with the filter missing. We were able to return the items for a refund.
3. The customers… Everyone jokes about the «people of Walmart» and this location is no different. On Sunday, this location is so packed you can barely move.

I come here if i absolutely have too. This is not like the Wal-​Mart Supercenters that I’m used to. The deli is small, no gas station, no tire center, and the selections are limited. Just like many other Wal-Mart’s the lines are long and associates response depends on the type of day they are having.

This Wal-​Mart is GHETTO. I need $ 10.00 in quarter; therefore I withdraw $ 20.00 to get change. I was in self-​checkouts line. The girl there said she can’t open her till until someone pay with cash. So I when to the customer service try to get $ 10.00 in quarters, the customer service lady say «we don’t give out change here» OHHH WOW!!!

If you can avoid it, do so.
I’ve had many bad experiences with the photo center. The majority of the employees they have working at the photo center do not know how to use the printer. You’re lucky if you ever see your photos.
The service here is the worst of any Wal-​Mart I have been to. Rarely is there more than 2 checkouts open, so I go to the self checkout (which never takes cash/​or gives cash back), but the majority of the time half the machines aren’t functioning.

Wow. I hate to shop here. This place shows the high cost of cheap living. There are too many places to shop to support this horrible place. These comments are both specific to this location and wal mart as an entirety.

Newly Opened Super center in the Old Green corner shopping center. Also this location is alot smaller than your typical supercenter.
Pros :smaller store easier to get around
Cons small parking lot, no tire and lube center., no gas station.
