So it’s not gourmet and it’s not healthy but it’s good food and it’s reasonably priced! Plus the restaurant was clean and well kept and the service and the people were amazingly friendly. And they disclose the calories on the menu, so you at least know what the result of that cheesy, buttery goodness is!

It’s not gourmet food. So don’t expect that. It’s Waffle House.
It’s a newer building. In good repair and clean. Which not all Waffle Houses can claim (the WH on 518 in League City springs to mind).
Service is spotty. Sometimes good, sometimes slow. Always friendly though.
I really like the hashbrowns at WH. Scattered, smothered, covered, and chunked: onions, cheese, and ham. Two eggs, over medium. Mix together, top with salt pepper and Tabasco. Eat.
