In my opinion, this company stinks! They didn’t get us our order — a mug for my son’s Grandmother for Christmas. When I called to inquire about the missing order on Dec. 16th I was told someone would send out the order right away. I called again this morning (Jan. 5th and spoke to Debra who told me that she didn’t see anything about the mug being sent. I just requested a refund. There must be other companies that schools can use to do fundraisers. We will not order through them again.
