Knocking it down two stars. I’ve mainly keep coming back for the eyebrow threading services. They are great at that. However, they can get backed up cause it’s so packed. The threading doesn’t take long but they definitely lack customer service skills. I try not to be too harsh cause I don’t expect a non American place to have customer service skills. Many are not train for that. I can live with that. However, I do *not* understand why every time I’ve come that you have to speak to your coworker in Hindi while threading my eyebrows, even with the thread in your mouth!
Honestly, I try to come really early when they first open to avoid all this. So a few times, I’ve just noticed or taken into consideration that they use the same eyebrow brush on everyone. On top of that, I took my daughter and me to get eyebrow tinting, that’s the next biggest thing, I’ve gotten it done from a few of my Hmong girl friends and results are great but they don’t thread, only wax. So I decided to get the tinting done after threading. My problem is that they used the SAME towel to wipe my tint *and* my daughter’s. First of all, that towel stinks, it looks like the one they use to wipe the counters. When wiping my eyebrows, I can smell it and it was old. After that, no more eyebrow tinting.
It’s been a while since I’ve gone back to get anything done. If I go back, it will only be for eyebrow threading for $ 6 right when they open.

Worse experience ever, the lady was all the time talking on the phone, while people was waiting for her service. She didn’t even wash her hands! Terrible service, don’t go there

I went here for a Brazilian wax and eye brow threading and my experience was terrible. The lady did a good job on my eyebrows but my wax experience was completely indigestible. The room was filthy, the lady double dipped the stick she was using on me back into the wax. Gross! She left me all sticky with wax everywhere. I had to ask for oil… And to top it off, she did not remove everything. The staff was completely unfriendly. Ladies beware and DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I visited Ruby to get my brows done at the recommendation of a friend and colleague. When I arrived on a Saturday afternoon, the line was long, and I was concerned about how much time it might take. However, they moved very quickly, and I was able to get in and out in about ten minutes.
My stylist did a great job, and the process was quick and easy. The price was very affordable, and I will definitely be back.

Went with a friend to get our eyebrows done. Her eyebrows were different sizes. They managed to take a chunk of my eyebrow out so now there’s a bald spot on one side. I’ll never go back.

This place is one of the dirtiest salons I’ve ever been to, and could easily be indistinguishable from a low budget one in Lahore. So if you’re looking for a cheap authentic experience, this is it.
The staff isn’t the friendliest and the wait times can get crazy long. Avoid this place on the weekends, because it’s just not worth the wait.
If you do go, Shazia is the only woman I trusted here with my eyebrows

People told me to go ruby. I thought it will be good choice for asian hair style
Today eve sunday june 8^th 2014 i went for hair cut.
I was surprised when she started haircut from the back. In my life no one started from back
Then she was not constant at one side and keep moving left and right not finishing one side one time. I can feel her confused of not balanced cutting. I asked her not to use maching except on side edges and neck back xtra hairs but she still did use…
And she used it roughly
I asked her for straightining the front line
I showed her the difference on left and right ear hairs they were not balanced
Guys i am not sure about girls
But if you love your hairs please dont go except if you have to get ballhead.

Staff is very insensitive to customer needs. You get far better customer service at great clips than rubys.

Men avoid at all costs… They do not know how to cut men’s hair even though they advertise. Anyways I had asked for just simple haircut with 1 on the sides and back and half of what it currently was on the top… The lady was so hyped on the movie star Gajini, that she wanted to try the same on me. it would have been good if she did it the exact way but she messed up on a exponential level. I think this lady was learning how to do a hair cut as the lady next to her was asking me inbetween if that was how I wanted my haricut and I was saying no. and the other lady was trying to instruct this lady to fix the issue to no avail…
I finally just walked out and went to Tony Hair salon who finally had to do a 1 all over my head to fix the problem…

If you like henna this is a great place to get henna for your hair or for intricate henna designs on your skin. It is located in Global Mall which also has some pretty good (not fancy) Indian food in the upstairs food court.
