I’ve been loyal to Pro Tech for years, only to have them quote my wife $ 900 for a part and then a week later tell her it would be $ 2,000. How is a part going to cost $ 1,100 more in one week? Signed up with a GREAT company, CoolRay, and actually found out they’ve been overcharging our freon, which has caused parts to break prematurely. No surprise, since I’ve purchased a new capacitor from them every year for the past 4 years. I would not suggest anyone EVER do business with these crooks.
