Papa John’s has always been great to us! We order online and usually have no problems. Keep up the good work! Just have one suggestion when delivering the pizza… rolling up to someone’s house with loud music may not be that courteous. Turning it down when entering the neighborhood would be great, thanks!

I once attempted to contact the franchisee over a customer service issue, and never received a response. How difficult is it to respond to an email?
I saw a published health score shortly thereafter in the AJC (this was a few years back) for this location that was in 30’s (including repeat violations), and I haven’t returned. Given the lack of followup on the other issue, I wasn’t shocked as I should’ve been by the score. Hopefully, they’ve at least cleaned up their act since then.
And with a LIttle Caesar’s now in the neighborhood, they can’t even compete on price. I wouldn’t go back to that location if the pizza was free.

Had a great customer service experience with this Papa John’s location tonight. There was an issue with my online order (that may have been my mistake), so I ultimately got the wrong pizza. Nonetheless, they credited me a pizza with no questions asked. I wish more chain businesses operated with this kind of integrity.
