We used their service for 4+ years. Then they damaged an expensive and new(worn 2 times) work shirt. We did not notice the damage(blue dye/ink all over a salmon colored shirt) until the shirt was taken out of the dry cleaning bag to wear. We promptly took the shirt back with the dry cleaning tag still on it. They said they would try to clean it again for no charge. 1 week later, we went back to pick the shirt up and they were unable to locate it. They said they would continue to look for it. A week passed and we went back to pick it up. They vehemently stated that they had already given us the shirt and to «Check the closet». It’s my feeling that they lost, damaged beyond repair, or gave the shirt to someone else. Rather than admit to this, they wanted us to feel like it was our fault. They did not offer to compensate us for the new shirt. It’s important to note that we did not have any issues with their service for the majority of the time we used them. The service was great and they were always very pleasant. But the first time there was an issue, the concept of customer service flew out the window. We are loyal to the businesses we frequent, however, we will not be going back and are now using a cleaner closer to our office.

I travel quite a bit but consider Norcross my home base. Anytime I am home, I take my clothes here to be dry-cleaned, and I have been very happy with their service. The proprietors are very warm and welcoming. They always remember my name, have reasonable prices, and even offer me a discount now and again — just because they can. You don’t often get service like this anymore, and most importantly, the clothes are always cleaned and pressed just the way I requested… and I am a very demanding customer. I believe there are several trusted professionals you need in your life: a doctor, a mechanic, a lawyer, an IT person… and now, I can add a dry-cleaner.

I was hesitant after reading the other review a while back. I’ve been to so many bad cleaners. But I took a chance since I live close by. Been going here for more than a year. LOVE their service. They do such a great job with my clothes. My suits, pants, shirts are always so clean and crisp. They are fast and meticulous. I once needed to dry clean a dress the same day for a party that evening. They got this spot out and dress looked practically new. Alterations are great too. Can’t imagine going anywhere else.

I had been using this dry cleaner for a few years. The service has dramatically decreased. I was last told that since my shirts are plus sizes(18 men’s button up) that they would have to charge more to dry clean them. This is not the first time I have had poor customer service. This dry cleaner also offers alteration service. On two occasions items dropped off were not ready when promised. I have had several buttons cracked in half at the dry cleaners. The Owners keep a small dog on at the store and it walks around and barks, not to mention the possible allergens the dog adds to the environment. I have been there several times when the doors are open and open sign is on and I am told the store is closed and I could not pick up my dry cleaning. Great location to bad the service stinks.
