The hubs and I are big Merrell fans, however, we were not big fans of the service we received in this store. The hubs has fickle feet so it takes him a little while to find the most comfortable style. By the attitude we got from the attendant that helped us, you would’ve thought he tried on 20 different pairs of shoes when he only tried on 5. Don’t you think you’re entitled to try on as many pairs of shoes as you want especially if you’re about to spend mucho dinero on them? Anyway, he found the shoe he wanted, but they didn’t have his size. So, the store is shipping the shoes to him for free. That’s a nice service so we don’t have to go back to the store.
