Worst disposal company I have ever used. They pick up every other week even though they are supposed to pick up every week and we left our cans out every week. When we complained, they said they would come back and pick up and never did. And never offered a credit either. When we canceled the service, it took them 3 weeks to pick up their cans while we left them out the whole time. Then they had the nerve to bill us after the service was canceled and charge us a late fee of $ 25.00. When you call them, you always get a voicemail and they never return the call. Seriously, you will get rid of your garbage sooner if you just eat it yourself or take it to the dump. Don’t even try them. They may be cheaper than other Atlanta companies but the frustration is not worth it. Pay a few dollars more and get your value. You’ve been Unilocaled! I wanted to give them zero stars but Unilocal would not let me.
