Best salon I’ve found in the 5 years I’ve lived in the area. The staff knows hair! I used to pay too much for waxing at salons including Bare Wax Studio & Brazilian by Andrea. 21 Instyle Beauty has saved me so much money yet the quality of their work is unmatched! They have so many services and I have never left dissatisfied. I trust them for my waxing, eyebrow threading, hair cut & style, manicures and pedicures. I won’t go anywhere else!

Update: I even gave this place another try even after my bad experience. Unfortunately, their business ethics have not changed. Their groupon says anyone that hasn’t been to their salon in 6 months is eligible to use that deal. I called to check about this and they said that they won’t honor this. Basically telling me that If i have even been to their salon, i can’t use any groupon. I’m just going to have to find a more professional salon in the area.

they gave me a bad first impression. I set up an appointment for a henna tattoo. I gave them all my information etc. I was really looking forward to it because i live so close by it and I had read all the reviews before. however when I show up for appointment they tell me the henna artist wasn’t in? they didn’t call me to let me know? I found it very unprofessional.

I am so happy that I found this place through Groupon. ATM, they have a Groupon deal for three eyebrow threading or waxing and reshaping treatments for $ 13, which is an amazing deal. It was very easy to book an appointment and even reschedule. I decided to get my eyebrows threaded on my first visit since threading is more precise. My eyebrows were very ugly before coming here. Payal did an amazing job cleaning them up. She didn’t talk much, but her work speaks for itself. I will probably come back even after my Groupon sessions expire.

Payal is awesome, and does a great job with threading my brows. She has a keen attention to detail, a great memory, and a friendly nature and professional demeanor; moreover, she’s fast and precise with a treatment that can be a bit uncomfortable. Prices are more than fair; less than $ 10 for lip and brow threading is great by my standards. Salon is clean and spacious. Some other Unilocalers have mentioned that there’s few frills; you may be asked if you want witch hazel or anything else after treatment. However, I see this more as a personal preference, and not a problem. The excellent service has kept me coming back and recommending this salon.

I really like this place (even though you can expect to wait quite a while since there is only 1 person working, unless u get lucky like me and arrive when she is alone or finishing up with someone), it’s close to my house so its convenient, there is plenty of parking, place looks clean, the lady that threads is friendly and does a good job but today she self tipped herself which I found strange. I am originally from NJ so I don’t really know if that’s a thing in the south but I thought it was awkward. I paid her and she didn’t return my change she just walked away so I was unsure if I heard the total right and was getting ready to leave additional money for tip when something told me ask again. So I asked from across the room im sorry how much did u say it was so she repeaded the total and I said oh but I gave this much and she said okay ill be right there. It was really awkward. I did tip her (I tipped her last time too) but shouldnt I be the one to decide how much I want to tip. I don’t know :/​was a bit of a turn off for me and embatessing as other customers were there as well. Don’t know if I will be returning now.
Update: decided to go back after contemplating a replied email regarding my last visit from the owner. Did not tell anyone who I was because really I just wanted the service and no special treatment just because of my previous edit review. AGAIN the service was $ 6 for eye brows, paid with a $ 20 and only got $ 12 back… Now I am no genius but I can do simple math and I know 20−6= $ 14 which means they self tipped $ 2 … I gave an additional $ 2 making the tip tool just $ 2 shy of what it would cost me to return to the place for another eyebrow threading and called it a day. Certainly will never be returning. It’s not the money it’s the principal and tipping is a courtesy NOT an entitlement. The customer should be allowed to decide weather they want to tip or not or how much (I was a waitress for many years so I believe in tipping but I feel it’s quite unethical to take it upon yourself to surcharge without advising the customer.

Ok, the hype about Payal is legit. After a year of a wasted quest of trying to find a great eye brow waxing spot in or around Atlanta, I finally gave in to threading. My friend, who is equally, if not more picky than I am with her eyebrows!, recently went someplace that did such a botched up job that she ended up crying after it was over! She did some research after that nightmare experience and found 21 Instyle and asked if they could see her. She went because of the great reviews about Payal. Well, I saw her after that appointment and she was beaming and raving, and explained that though it is painful, Payal was very fast. Her eyebrows looked very good and knowing her pickiness, I was sold. Today I saw Payal and I told her about my aversion to threading (I feel like eyebrows look really good after threading but the pain is too bad to sit through!). She was very understanding and patient with me as I asked for a few breaks between. She was quick though so fortunately we did not have to take too many breaks. The end result was much cleaner eyebrows and the look that I was hoping for. Payal is a true professional and she handled me and my threading neurosis with skill! I will definitely go back.

My hair was so uneven after getting it cut here, that I had to trim it myself when I got home. One side framed up my face and the other side was long and framed up the back of my hair. I knew it was bad when she didn’t look at both sides of my hair to make sure that they were even.
It appears that two ladies run this place and it is short staffed. Customers that came later than me were taken before me. It seemed disorganized.
The facial products are the sort of masks, creams, etc that you would buy on clearance at CVS, including the Freeman Clay and Avocado mask as an example. I use better stuff at home.
The facial room was pathetic for relaxation. It is a tiny space and a huge clock loudly tics away. There is no shred of ambiance in this room for a facial.
They second time I went, they didn’t open ontime even though I was there 10 mins after opening time.
It is cheap, but you get what you pay for! Stick with threading and leave the other services to the real pros.

This salon is pretty good. I would recommend it to everyone who wants customer satisfaction at a reasonable price. The staff is very co-​operative and nice, and will actually do things the way you want.

I found this place on Groupon. I was in search of a new and good place to get my eyebrows threaded because the place I usually go to messed them up terribly. I saw two very good reviews on Unilocal for this place, so I decided to give it a try.
I made an appointment on Saturday morning to have my eyebrows threaded and to get a pedicure. Usually salons are packed on Saturdays, but there was no one there except me and some «walk-​ins». That’s fine with me because I don’t like crowded salons.
I got my pedicure first by Payal and she did a very good job! Next I got my eyebrows threaded. She was very fast, but did an awesome job. She even asked me beforehand how I wanted them done! I’m not use to that because the other places I have been to just shape your brows however they want without asking what you prefer. She made sure to get them as symmetrical as possible.
This salon is very clean, modern looking and the staff are super friendly. I will definitely be back here!

Had to wait about 15 minutes while the only person working at the time finished up a blowout which looked great at the end. And boy am I glad I waited! Before Payal started my unruly brows, she took the time to ask me how I liked them which never usually happens. She did them quickly and when she was finished they looked great! I will be back for sure. Deducted one star for the wait.

Went there early afternoon on a weekday, I was the only customer. Salon is large with chairs lining one wall for threading and for pedicures on the other. She did a great job shaping my eyebrows, I’ve even gotten compliments! Would definitely recommend and go back. In case you have trouble finding it, it’s in the same shopping center as an Indian grocery and Great American Burger.

This salon is amazing. It’s very clean and the customer services is great. I got my eyebrows threaded here and loved it. Payal and her partner are so sweet and care about their customers. I have been going to Payal for years and I’m so happy that she is a partner at this salon. I would highly recommend their services!
