The staff was friendly and quick to serve, but this place is just too dark for me! It feels like your in a dark wine cellar with absolutely no natural light. The beer was just okay, but not cold enough. Props for the military memorabilia. All in all, just okay for me.

This bar was a nice find in Norco. The lightning is a little dark and that’s about my only complaint. Everything else was perfect. Had a great beer selection, not huge in numbers but a nice rounded variety. Everything is very drinkable. The staff was very friendly, actually everyone we chatted with was very friendly. This place has a nice vibe.

Every time I return back from my deployments from the sandbox, this is one of the place I always visit. I could find myself here 3 or more times a week relaxing, enjoying the craft brews and great conversations. I come here for their outstanding heff beer but you can pick any beer on the TAP and you will be happy. Try the samplers best way to taste the outstanding selections. There are TVs for you to enjoy the current games and you can order food from outside and they will deliver it to your table. But for me, my enjoyment is the ambiance of American history and meaningful conversations when it’s not too busy. The dim lit atmosphere is early colonial America(modernized) as our rebellious forefathers found themselves when gathering and speaking their minds. This is a place where American history is proudly displayed and service to country is a mark of honor. The Gadsen flag drapes on the wall with its iconic rattle snake, yellow field and the quote: «DON’T TREADONME.» Across on the other wall, one of the original flags the «Betsy Ross flag«reminds you of the fight for independence. The pistol beer taps, the displayed rifles and swords are my reminders of the teeth of freedom. The employees of this place make you feel welcomed, The conversations are worthy of an audience(because I really don’t give a flying crap of the kardasians, reality TV, or e-entertainment…etc) some conversations center around politics, world affairs and Constitutional rights, subjects every citizen should care about. So if your in the area, its worth stopping by getting a cold brew, just relax and take in the history. And maybe… a place to converse about issues that really matter. «If you love wealth greater than liberty, the tranquility of servitude greater than the animating contest for freedom, go home from us in peace. We seek not your counsel, nor your arms. Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you; May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen.» ― Samuel Adams

I always have a great experience here, the vibe is history class inside a public house. The blonde is very light and easy to drink. The Strawberry Hef is legendary, especially when they mix it with Lemonade for a nice shandy. The superstar is the vanilla oatmeal stout; absolutely wonderful. A Norco gem, don’t miss out!

This place is awesome! My husband began visiting with friends and when I asked him what he would like to do for his birthday, he immediately told me he would like to celebrate with friends at Sons of Liberty. I had never visited, but I began emailing the owners about planning a birthday party and they have been absolutely amazing throughout the process. Very professional and helpful. I had the pleasure of visiting and was impressed with the service and atmosphere. It is a great place to catch up with friends and have good conversation. The beer is quality and varied; something for every beer drinker. There is also root beer for people who prefer not to drink alcohol. I believe they have begun serving food on some occasions as well. I wish them all the best and will surely be returning soon!

Let’s start off with the first impression — the lights are dimmed, it’s a little dark, 3 tvs, lots of seating for a craft brewery. Service– the owner and his grandson were very attentive, explained and went over the details of the beers. We chose the 10 sampler flight. 10 taps rotating taps & the flights are #d. Love it!!! I knew what I was tasting based on the # and the list. Beers– I’m a fan of the strawberry Heff. Great variety from light to darker colored & %s. The owner went around giving free history lessons — if you’re interested. He’s very friendly and came around a couple of times making sure we were fine. Will definitely be back to taste more of their 35 rotating recipes

Fiver Stars for the Beers! Great Selection, Why 4 stars, simply light were too low and it was giving me a headache. I get the dim candle light look. Love that look by the way. Lots of people get that headache from dim lighting. I say do hidden rope lighting hid with a nice molding it would bright up that place without taking away the candlelight look. Thanks!

When I walked in, I was hit with a smell… it smelled like spilled beer… and stale hops. A smell that might unnerve most people, but for alcohols enthusiasts such as myself, it was a most welcoming smell. It’s a small quaint place with our country’s old flags and different muskets and wooden everything; chairs, stools, tables counters… I came with my gf for some of their Strawberry Heffe… but they were out!!! The guy behind the bar recommended their Vanilla Oatmeal Stout which ended up being our favorite. Their Rye IPA was another good one. Definitely going back for too much Strawberry Heffe!

$ 10 for a flight of 6. Liked the Vanilla Oatmeal Stout best. The others are interesting, complex. Confederate flags on trucks parked outside. Décor consists of guns and swords on the wall. Plenty of tables and seats. Family with young kids frequent this place.

I recently came here with a friend after getting a Groupon deal. I had no idea this place even existed in Norco! I’m so happy I found this place because I loved it! We tried the flight of beers and I fell in love with the Chocolate Porter. Chocolate and beer are two of my favorite things, and then a genius decided to combine them… WHHHATTTT!!! The flight of beer comes with six small glasses of beer all written down on a laminated paper with your choicest for beer. I also loved the Strawberry Heff! Subtle, but very delicious! I love how patriotic it was decorated and especially loved one of the employees with the colonial hat. Now that I know where this is at, I will definitely be back to take a chocolate porter to go!

Great beer and the people that run it/own it have become friends of mine. Great people, great service and great beer! An awesome colonial feel to the place that really fosters patriotism.

This little brewery is cozy and has a revolutionary era feel with the décor. It’s dimly lit with a variety of flags, model guns and swords on the wall. If you’re a history guy/gal, this is the place for you. My boyfriend and I tried 6 sampler beers. We chose the Liberty Tree Pale Ale, New England Common, Revolution IPA, Okterberfest, ESB, and Strawberry Hefeweizen. I personally liked the Liberty Tree Ale and the Revolution IPA most, my boyfriend enjoyed the ESB. I was not only impressed with the flavor of the beer but of the brewery as a whole. Will definitely be returning, probably in the next week. Can’t wait to bring all my friends to this awesome spot!

I’m not a beer drinker but came here with my boyfriend and we had a great time on their 3rd anniversary of the place. The guy who I believe was the owner was very nice and made sure everyone was enjoying themselves. I think they need to expand because the place was packed. I definitely also loved the designs on the inside. Felt like I was living in the past.

Amazing little place located on the edge of Norco and Corona! My girlfriend and I arrived in the day of a 3 year anniversary of the brewery. There was a live band playing and they were perfect! The customer service was outstanding and fast! They tried to up sale you all the while keeping it friendly and not annoying like a car salesman. I enjoyed all their brews. My favorite is the Rye Pale Ale(not much of a dark beer guy). The other beers were tasty and brewed like the should be with some love! I highly recommend trying out this brewery and taking home a growler of the beer you enjoy!

Great beers. Liberty tree — strawberry hef — ESB are my favorites. Galen and Todd are wonderful people and that makes this place that much more special. I love coming here and grabbing a beer after a long day. Come try out this place you won’t be disappointed!

So warm and comfortable, feels like your at a friend’s house. I’m not a beer drinker, but they have something got everyone. My son and husband had the ESB and I had a shandy, perfect for the non beer drinker. Give this place a try, you’ll be glad you did for two reasons. 1. Taste and 2 friendless.
