Overpriced. Won’t ever go here again. $ 8.00 for a $ 4.00 sandwich. Ordered 3 sandwiches with couple drinks and was $ 35.00. What a ripoff. Should be called ripoff Mikes.

First and foremost I am a vegetarian. I can only review one sub and that is the 14. It’s a very basic sandwich: Provolone, lettuce, peppers, jalapeño, tomato, onions, pickles, salt, pepper, oils, and oregano. That being said, it is extremely flavourful and very filling. What I appreciate the most however; is the staffs attention to detail. They change their gloves, build sub at another location, and are very friendly while doing it. Cross contamination doesn’t happen as result and I get the security of knowing my food hasn’t contacted meat. I truly appreciate this because it’s an after thought for a lot of people. Five stars.

Very disappointed with incompetent staff. You sent me an email for a free sandwich, I ordered it online and came in the store and they have no record of the order and can’t look it up by the order number and were unwilling to help me resolve the issue. Update: AFTER I left, my order came in 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Needless to say, I’d rather pay for my order at Panera and not be embarrassed by your staff. See photo above of my order. 2nd Update: picked up my order and they gave me 2 coupons for a free sandwich. Thank you for that but that really isn’t necessary. My suggestion would be that if someone shows you proof that they did in fact place an order online, just say«I’m so sorry, we didn’t get it, but we’ll make it right now!» Don’t look at them like they’re crazy without offering to fix it and let them walk out the door.

I’ve been searching for the Best Philly Cheese Steak sandwich around and Jersey Mikes is it!!! The regular or Big Kahuna are hot off the grill and delicious . I really appreciate the friendly service from all of the employees. I also like the fact that the owner(Errol) is out there serving his customers and always makes it a pleasurable experience .
Thanks again, Sean

Sandwichs are great but this location never seems to have wheat bread and the customer service sucks the last 2 times we have been here. I always seem to repeat my order 10 times and somehow it still gets confused and messed up and it’s not like I order something special it’s always something off the board. I’m going to have to find a new sandwich place asap!

This Place is Awsome! GREAT customer service all the time! Highly recommend this location. The sub is always good as the first time I’ve tried it never changes! The workers are very friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk in. Keep it up guys!(:

Sandwiches are so outstanding here! Iced teas are always off though. The brand is Luzianne, which is usually just fine. I’m guessing it’s the water taste that is the problem. Perhaps a water filter or a better water filter would help. Very friendly staff. Tables are always sticky. Minor fixes and this place is a 5 star.

I went to this restaurant for the first time about 2 months ago. I ordered the«giant» cheese steak. That first trip I thought the sandwich was awesome. It was enough for two. I returned last week for another and was disappointed. The«giant» easily fit into the to go bag unlike the first trip. The meat was overcooked and overall was no where as good or big as the first visit. A different crew was working this trip and seemed to care more about flapping their mouths at each other than caring for customers. When I got the good sandwich on the first trip the woman who cooked it was blond and seemed to be the manager. Perhaps the lack of supervision on this last trip was the difference. I will try them one more time and see what the results are. Both visits were about 2:30 in the afternoon.

My boss just went and picked up our office lunch today from them so me and the coworker wrote down our order. I ordered a Cali club and they left off the most important stuff, no guac no bacon. So disappointed I called to see if they could replace it and spoke with a very rude Tiffany. they would only replace it if I came back right now as my lunch was ending they had no way of recording my complaint to get a sandwich as a later date. Come on Arill(owner) get your team together because customer service is absolute crap

I guess Sunday @ lunch time with not a lot going on is the horrible time to visit. I arrived and was greeted by the staff of 4+. Took my simple order of 1 mini #13. Next thing the patron behind me is chatting his order. Really? I’m out on hold for the person behind me? I waited until after the cashier asked… Cips n drink… Do yo have a preferred member number? My meat nor bread was even ready. This was @ 10:30 am. No rush no hugely long line. As the patron behind me is chatting about how much he loves the Turkey and which bread. My «mini» wasn’t even cut. Meaning the bread. Never again will I be a part of this. Lost a good customer over this one!

My wife and I have been coming to this location since it opened. The owner is very nice and appreciative of our patronage. However, we have noticed when the owner is not on the premises, the eating experience greatly suffers. We stopped by for lunch last Sunday. The owner was off and we noticed the employees not really paying attention to the few customers that were here. All the tables were dirty and the floors needed to be swept. The«Original» we had was made on a stale roll, and the lettuce seemed very un– fresh. My wife and I both decided that we «were over Jersey Mikes for a while». I think its very sad the owner can’t take a day off, and while he’s off, the staff ruins his business. It should be noted that we drive a extra distance to this location from our South Corona home right past the new Jersey Mikes in Corona because we liked supporting this owner.

This was my first time here and although they got my order wrong, it was the best mistake ever. I originally ordered a Chipotle chicken sandwich, and they gave me a chipolte beef sandwich instead. This sandwich was so yummy, I ate the whole thing and still wanted more. Great 1st experience, everyone was really nice and I was out of there in 10 minutes. Considering it was the lunchtime rush hour, that time can’t be beat.

The meat and cheese is fresh and they slice it in front of you just like going in the deli unlike other places where they have it already sliced and it’s just separated by some wax paper, who knows how long it’s been sitting there. The blend of the spices they put in that vinaigrette is just so tasty. The bread tastes fresh as well. Customer service is wonderful, fast and friendly too. Price is a little on the higher side compared to other sandwich places but it’s worth every bite. Place gets busy during lunch hours but it goes quickly. Highly recommended place!

Came in the other night a little after 8 p.m. to place a big order and they had NOBREAD… Apparently from what they said they BURNED the entire lot baking in the oven. If that was so, why didn’t they just drive a few minutes to the California St. location and buy or borrow 20 or so rolls to keep them going and actually in business? Not only did they lose my $ 80 order, but I’m sure some heads will roll when management finds out what is going on with their incompetent staffers who can’t use a simple timer on the oven to cook the bread correctly… Epic Fail…

Food here is great as usual. The staff that makes the sandwiches are borderline mentally handicapped. The girls working Monday 8÷24÷2015 around 1 – 1:30 pm are downright idiotic. The girl cutting the bread asked me three times which size and what kind of bread I wanted. The girl assembling the sandwiches didn’t listen to me whatsoever and I kept having to correct her on my sandwich. Only to come home to find it was still wrong. I will not be back to this specific location till they train their staff how to fucking listen. Or hire people who are not dumb ass incompetent zombies.

My sandwich in ’12 must have been a fluke. Since than I have frequented quite often cause, let’s all just admit these sandwiches are tasty as hell! They always have good customer service and take pride in what they do.

Descent location, nice staff and they get through the lunch rush pretty quickly. While I don’t eat here, my husband does every so often or I will come here and get him a big Kahuna cheese steak, the only thing he eats here and loves every time. Prices are a bit high at $ 14 for the giant size, but it is huge and can be easily shared(though he doesn’t) they offer specials and send out coupons to make up for the prices a bit and my husband says the meat and quality is much better than other sub shops. They don’t have any real veggie options that interest me, but since my husband loves it, they are ok with me.

Food is great All cause it’s made to order and made right in front of You. Great location cause it’s close to home. 4stars cause Customer Service is Not all that Great here! Walked in and I Greeted before they greeted me. Managers need to get Better employees that are more friendlier. The ones that Greet with a smile and a «hello, how can I help You» kinda service. Not a «grumpy teenager»
