Crusty’s Pizza

This is a local pizza shop to me and my office, they have great lunch deals and there pizza taste great!!! There specialties pizzas are on another level!!! The vegetarian and BBQ are my favorites

and decided to give it a try. It was FABULOUS. I am VERY picky and a huge critic of food and restaurants for the most part, but this great little place deserves more recognition than it gets. The food was reasonably priced, the menu is varied and HUGE, and the food is fresh and well-​prepared and very tasty. We ordered the vegetarian pizza, which was the best I’ve ever had, and the eggplant roletine, which was also very good. The sauce was terrific! I got a salad with my eggplant which was very fresh and very well-​prepared. The zucchini sticks were great. Everything was wonderful. We also got the meat lasagna to take out and we enjoyed it for lunch today. The service is excellent and the staff is very friendly and went out of their way to serve us. I loved the place — it was clean and very retro — had many video games and pinball machines. We will definitely go back. It is a very unassuming place, tucked into a small strip mall, but well worth the trip.

First off they are luck getting one star. Extremely bad service. Called to otder a pizza and asked about a special. The person on the phone was rude, nasty, lacked customer servicel. We have been ordering from them since 2003. I finally told her I will call another pizza place and hung up. We will never order from this place again.

I’m new to this area and when I first tried Crustys I was so happy with the hot pastrami sandwich and the Italian sausage with peppers sandwich. They were really good. It is out of the way but I have been back a few times and it was wonderful. Tonight was a sadly different story. The service was as always very good with happy helpful staff but there was hardly any pastrami on the sandwich. I live too far away to take it back and I’m not sure if I will try again.

First timer, definitely has that 80’s feel to it. Liked the Ms. Paxman arcade. Wouldn’t call it a single dollar sign more like 2. $ 10 for the boneless wings and there are 10 bite size wings in there, seemed pretty pricey to me. Ordered turkey avocado sandwich and it was very good and they were generous with the meat. Like others have said they need to clean it better as well as wipe up tables. Pretty much every table had trash from a previous customer so sat at one and then they started wiping tables down and didn’t clean up mine… weird. Still would come here again, maybe it was an off night, just wouldn’t order the wings! Also had a couple 70 or 80″ tv’s for games so that was a plus! Big plus was $ 9.25 for a pitcher of budlight

Had delivery. Got the norco special. I can’t eat pizza so I was happy they have other stuff. My fiancé said the pizza was good! The eggplant parmigiana could of been a little more crispy but it was good. Garlic bread was yummy and chicken Alfredo was good. Salad was yummy. I will order from here again!

So this review is solely based on the horrible customer service I received today. The food here is average, they do have good specials, but with all the pizza places In Town I would think most business’ would like to stand apart with good customer service and people skills. I called to order pizza to pick up. The young man that answered the phone right away asked me to hold, and I said yes. Instead of putting me on hold he put the phone down and I proceeded to hear a five minute conversation between him and his co worker which wasn’t pizza related. I hung up the phone called back, and the same guy picked up. Right away asked if I could be put on hold, I said «you had me on hold for five minutes I heard your whole conversation while waiting to order pizza.» He then yelled back «well what do you want ?!?» Very very RUDE and I told him he was rude and took my business down the street.

Great lunch time specials! Servings are bigger than expected so I always leave with extra in a doggy bag. Personal pizzas are delicious and salads have fresh ingredients.

We have been in Norco for 23 years. Crusty’s has had its ups and downs. The last 5x we ordered delivery or picked up, the food has been great. Very fresh and tasty. They deliver in a timely manner and food is hot. Give them another try!

Fantastic pizza & pasta dishes for a great price! This is a fun place to bring the family and friends.

This place is okay. The pizza is sometimes really good and sometimes not so good. It’s a hit and miss. It’s great for sports teams for Team pizza parties (they provide a team discount) but as a result it gets pretty hectic. It’s also not a very clean place and is pretty old and run down. It’s a local business and they do have beer and games.

Went back, review is complete opposite, hit and miss on service gave them another chance to no avail, no longer a customer

Great pizza! I’ve lived here basically my whole life & this was the pizza place for soccer teams to go to after games. I agree, it does get loud & somewhat chaotic feeling at times, but it’s a family friendly pizza place with games, so you can’t expect it to be quiet.

Great pizza… it was fresh, hot, crusty and the delivery was quick. Pizza is not my preferred delivery option however my girlfriend likes it, so we’ll be ordering from this place again

Good salads, definitely not stingy on the toppings. As for their pizza. Its. Delicious. Really like the food and the price for it all. Free refills is a plus and i cant wait to go on Thursday for all you cAn eat lasagna. Its only 7.00. Definitely cant beat that

Great customer service. I bought 3 pizza for $ 31. I think we need to support these mom and pop places. The pizza tasted great!!!

When you find the little hole in the wall places, you often have a certain expectation. Because it wasn’t a chain, I had pretty high expectations for Crusty’s pizza in Norco. I wasn’t disappointed. The pizza was fresh, hot, and a pretty good quality. The beer was cold and the place had a certain laid-​back atmosphere. If you’re ever out Norco and you want to quick inexpensive meal, Crusty’s gets the job done.

Some of the reviews of this place sound overly critical. The pizza was good, Beer was cold. Service was fine. Would come back again.

Unclean, gross management. Big mistake to eat here. I think the cheese had issues. I got super sick afterwards, but my BF didn’t. Maybe I was getting sick anyway. The bathrooms were not cleaned up, big turn off. The place could use a visit from that guy who visits restaurants and turns them around, it might be good for business to see a camera crew here.
Saw lots of kids and groups here, maybe its better for kids. Not a date place but it’s pizza, so what the h?
At first I gave them 1 star but revised it since I felt bad about one star.
