Super China Buffet

My daughter and I went there last night for dinner. The whole place is run down. Tape is used to hold the wall paper up. The food selection wasn’t very great, and everything looked like it had been out for awhile. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If you want cheap food, and the high chance of possibly getting sick, then this is your place. Won’t be going back.

I dined here once with my friends but I don’t recommend it to anyone else. This Chinese buffet is a typical restaurant without anything special. The price is ok about $ 7 for lunch. But the food was horrible. The food was not warm like the other reviews said, and the food like pork, chicken, mushroom, broccoli.etc.were not fresh just
like overnight… I was concerned I would get sick and luckily I didn’t. Thanks GOD! And the owner seemed not welcome. I haven’t seen her smile just like everyone owes her money.

This was one of the worst buffets I have ever had the misfortune of eating at and is the very reason I try to avoid buffets. I should have known better. The temperature of the food was shockingly lukewarm at best and I ended up discarding it into the trash where the workers could see me. I was about to leave just as I saw them being a streaming replacement to the for island and decided to try it. The food was hot, but from the appearance I would not be surprised if it wasn’t something they had reheated. I will not eat here again and wouldn’t even recommend it for dog scraps.

It’s not great. It’s a Chinese buffet. I generally do not expect much out of places like this. I have personally never eaten anything here that I would say was BAD, but the buffet-​ness of it still makes me leery. I’ve had friends that have said they’ve had family members who have gotten sick off this place. The food is… okay, I suppose. There’s nothing wrong with this place from MY experience because I don’t expect much of it, but I’m leery of it now, due to the experiences of my acquaintances. I’ve never had any issues with the food not being hot, however… other people seem to be finding issues with the temperature and sanitation of the food that I have not experienced.

This place has gone way downhill in the past few years, I’ll never go back again. Terrible.

Yuck! And the food was at a temperature that concerned me about its safety. After a few bites I poured my coke/​ice over the food to ensure they would not re-​serve a nearly untouched plate. Did not request a refund but told them their food was not acceptable. Hopefully they get the point to clean up/​warm up their act.

This place should be called Super Jerk Buffet!!! We would just order from them because they were close to our house. We would go often, as my daughter loves Chinese! I would order a shrimp dish which was the only thing I would order there. We had been ripped off many times by everything from getting chicken instead of shrimp or getting a mere 2 shrimp in an order of Garlic Shrimp. The next time I called I asked to pay for more shrimp so, we paid 80 cents a piece for 5 extra shrimp. When we got the order there were 4 shrimp total… so, we paid extra for nothing. No one wants to have to turn around and go back after they are already settle at home, that is why we would get TAKE OUT and not DINE IN. Not only did they not give us what we paid for, the food was cold and that the whole shrimp debacle happened the kicker was still to come and I found a hair in it!!!

Now, my daughter did not know that we had decided not to return and asked me to order Chinese and that she would grab it on her way home. She thought she was calling another place, this was the number she had in her phone, she gave me the number and I thought I was calling Happy Dragon. I asked about the Garlic Shrimp and how many shrimp came with the order and she said 4. I asked her is this Happy Dragon and she said no Super China Buffet… I thought ok, I might as well go ahead and just order since my daughter was on her way and I would not be able to reach her before she got there since she is not allowed to talk on the phone and drive. ANYWAY, when I very kindly told her about the previous problems (I could not have been nicer with my inquiry and did not mention the hair), I just wanted to make sure I was not going to be paying to 80 cents a shrimp to order 6 extra and get ripped off yet again. I wasn’t even done with the sentence and she said, «You are a LIAR! «That never happened!» and started SCREAMING at me!!! She was still screaming when I hung up about how we were LYING. I told her I did not want or need anything except what I paid for! She was going off on me about asking to pay for extra shrimp! Are you kidding me?
This place is horrible, the food is usually always cold and if you are a fan of Chinese you know that is very rare. It is also a situation where on their Buffet they say if you take too much food and don’t eat it, you will be paying for it!!!
Do these people know anything about working with customers and in a world were people are losing their businesses, I think people should think twice before supporting people who are not wanting to have a business and treat people like crap when there are not a bit concerned about anything but putting that money in the till. The places that truly wanting to have their business and try hard to stay in business by treating people right.

The name of the place should be: Almost OK China Buffet. Food was luke warm as other reviewer said. I was nervous about eating there. afraid I might get sick. Egg rolls tasted off. Could not eat it. A pork dish, tasted like it had been re warmed a couple times to many. Pretty dismal. Upholstery on chairs and booths were ripped and torn. Wall paper was coming off wall and had been taped down. Carpet at front door was bleached out. Napkins were so thin, I think the TP was thicker. The bathroom was ok and the egg drop soup was ok… to mention a couple of good things…

Was recommended to me, and was convenient location, but I found the food to be adequate, nothing outstanding, usual chinese buffet fare. It was clean, but nothing out of the ordinary. I would go again, but only if I didn’t have any other choices, or location was most important.

Food is luke warm. Flavorless beef roast. Flavorless mozzarello sticks. Not worth the money. Dinner is same as lunch but cost more. Quality of food has gotten worse over the year. I spoke with the person in the front and he says“Sorry”.
