Nice park for a variety of activities with the family or by oneself. Fishing, boating(or just watching the boats pass by), various sporting fun as well as picnicing are some of the activities one can enjoy here. Even just bringing a book to read while flying solo is good. There is a beautiful view of Morse Reservoir from here, especially as the sun begins to descend into the horizon. It’s close enough to a small grocery, convenience store/gas station & several restaurants if a short day at the park turns into a longer day or you need extra of something.

Had the best time with family at this location! We rented a shelter one time, had a cookout, so much room to spread out. Offers many great things like fishing, swimming, walking, frisbee golf, etc. Another time, took family night fishing. Very relaxing, felt very safe, memories made at this park.

This park is okay if you are into sports and such. It’s a nice place. Not the best birding but I saw my first loon here.

I love Morse Park and Beach! Frisbee Golf? Check. Fishing? Check. Boat docks? Check. Lake views? Obviously. Small and teeny tiny beach? You betcha. Picnic areas/tables/shelters? Yes yes yes! Baseball diamonds! For sure. Playground? Naturally. You can’t really go wrong here. We love grabbing a picnic table or two by a grill and whipping up a few kabeths or burgers for a group of pals or just walking around the lake. My boyfriend likes meandering down into the wooded area to catch a few fishies. He also plays softball here two nights a week so the park gets a little busy most every evening in the spring/summer. The patois always clean and is well maintained. There are no hiking trails as it’s quite a small park but it’s a relaxing spot to kick back for a bit or even dock your boat or jet ski while you eat lunch.
