I am disappointed with this company. I ordered a guitar strap for my nephew on 12⁄14 to receive for a 12⁄30 Christmas party. On the item’s webpage, it stated the strap is ‘in stock and ready to ship’ — in fact, it still does. Under the FAQ section, it stated it may take 3 – 4 business days for the product to arrive which was the reason I felt comfortable ordering it. Their website never said it was delayed or out of stock. I never received a notice about a delay. After I contacted them when it didn’t arrive in time, they reported that it could take 60 days due to a manufacturer delay and reported ‘it got oversold’. Even after they told me this, it was still listed on their site as ‘in stock’. I requested that they ship it directly to my nephew when it came in to save time and they didn’t do it. I just received it as couple of days ago(now it is 2⁄1). Only order from this company if you don’t need customer service or have a timeline. #christmasbust

«They don’t keep their word for it. Event Pros BEWARE!» Ordered lights on Friday and their sales agent said it would be shipped out Monday and I will receive it Thursday with 3 day ground fedex delivery. I specifically said I need the lights by Thursday for an event. I Emailed and requested for tracking number on Monday. Got a reply saying it would be shipped that night. On Tuesday morning, still no tracking number received. I called by the afternoon and was told the package will be shipped that night. I expressed to the customer svc rep that it is a day LATE and will need it shipped via 2 day ground so it will still be received Thursday. The rep seemed to have no control of the situation and said he will call me back to see what he can do. I didnt get a call back and I received a tracking number on Tuesday night instead. Found out pkg will be shipped on Friday, which is no use to me since my event is on Thursday night. This company is a disgrace to the event industry professionals. Rest assured your lack of professionalism and accountability will be known in the whole Tristate area of MD, DC, VA. I sit on the board for all of the event networking groups and my experience will be shared. My failure to deliver on my client’s event on Thursday sits on your reputation.

Terrible customer service! Sold me an item that was listed for my make and model 2008⁄2009. My Dealership told me it was actually for a 2007. This place offered me a refund but refused to pay for return shipping. They tried to make the mistake my fault. I filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau hopefully they will take care of it. This place is a joke! I hope my review prevents other people from purchasing from them in the future.

HIFISOUNDCONNECTION — BUYERBEWARE!!! «I was RIPPEDOFF!!! The Bazooka amp I purchased was defective and I returned it to HIFI Sound connection for a replacement. Its now been 4 weeks and I’m still getting the run around. I have spoken to Tanya, Mark, and one other customer service rep about solving this problem and NOONE will give a straight answer. At this point I just want money($ 255) refunded, because I fear there is just going to additional problems. I intend to contact the CEO Chris Rush and the general manager Tony Rush for my refund. And if this does not work, I will file a law suit in small claims in Christian County Missouri seeking my refund and costs for doing so.»

Completely agree with previous review! they scam people out of their hard earned money and have all these refund policies and disclaimers to cover their unprofessional ass. I am out over 200 bucks trying to get the darn stereo i bought from them(2006HHR) installed and programmed and they wont even refund me the shipping cost! Do urself a favor and AVOID at all cost. Even if u think ur getting a deal at the end ur not and its just a big headache… UGH! this business should be closed and reported.Seriously.Item they send was wrongly advertise claiming it fit 2006 – 2008 Chevy hhr, mine is a 2006 and I toke it to a get it professionally installed which costed me $ 40, then to get it programmed to an actual chevy dealer to avoid any mishaps and they charged me $ 65 for labor performed just trying to get it to work. Of course it didnt because the stereo was only designed to work on a 2007HHR so please be aware that when they claim it fits more than one model year car it prob doesnt. I asked to be given info on a higher authority or owner and they ignore me. Quick tip, email them EVERYTHING in case u need proof if u decide to proceed on with case as I am. I contacted the state attorney general and an attorney who recommend to open a small claims case, which I am seriously considering. I mean THEYDONTEVENWANTTOREFUNDTHEMONEYFORSHIPPINGBACKANDFORTH! when it was their mistake! wow seriously .just WOW…
