As an office manager for a rug cleaning specialist company, I wanted to take some classes to be more familiar with the industry. My class happened to be here and I’m so happy they were. First off, the customer service is amazing. I don’t feel like a student, rather a friend visiting. They truly go above and beyond here based on my experience and what I’ve overheard when they are interacting with other clients. Scott and Letty run this place and they sure have the secret to success. I hope to make all future needed supply purchases here for our company. During my class, Scott came up and said something that really stuck which was «They are successful ONLY if we are successful». They are really here to HELP!

At first the store is intimidating. So much cleaning stuff didn’t know were to start. Luckily Leticia and Scotty helped me out a whole lot. Answer all my ??? Helped me get started and pointed me in the right direction. I don’t think I would be as successful as i have been with out this store. Scott help me purchase my first truck mount system. They installed it and all. Sometimes it’s hard to get ??? In Because there very busy at times. But they always call you back and take care of you.

Pretty awesome place. I drove up to nipomo from Bakersfield for their customer appreciation day. They went all out. Great food, live music, great discounts and more. Scott is a very knowledgeable person when it comes to equipment, chemicals, and everything inbetween. Top of the line products and staff.

Im really impressed with this place on many levels. Great selection, price, expert help, but most of all the owner and staff really work hard to help their clients be successful. Always calls back when he says he will. They even helped me with a machine I bought somewhere else. Having these guys available to me has really made my business easier.
